PL 24951 2 Opis wzoru przemyslowego Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest fotel dwustronny z mozliwoscia wykorzystywania w typowych warunkach domowych, jak równiez w miejscach rekreacyjnych czy w pomieszczeniach dla mlodziezy i dzieci na przyklad w swietlicach, czy w salach przedszkolnych. Istota wzoru przemyslowego jest przestrzenne uksztaltowanie oraz kolorystyka powierzchni fotela wyrózniajaca sie wysokimi walorami estetycznymi, uzytkowymi oraz ergonomicznymi zwiazanymi z wygoda siedzenia. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego uwidoczniono na zalaczonym materiale ilustracyjnym, na którym fig. 1 przedstawia widok perspektywiczny fotela z widocznym dolnym wiekszym i górnym mniejszym wglebieniem fotelowym, fig. 2 – widok perspektywiczny przedniej czesci fotela z duzym wglebieniem fotelowym, fig. 3 – widok perspektywiczny przedniej czesci fotela z mniejszym wglebieniem fotelowym. Cechy istotne wzoru przemyslowego Fotel sklada sie z dwóch bocznych pionowych scian polaczonych ze soba w okreslonej od siebie odleglosci i przyjetej wysokosci, pozioma polaczeniowa powierzchnia stanowiaca siedzisko fotela. Boczne sciany dla uzyskania przestrzennego ksztaltu bryly, przyjetego jako prostopadloscian zostaly polaczone ze soba pionowymi powierzchniami polaczeniowymi, jak na fig. 1 znajdujacymi sie z jednej strony przy górnej krawedzi, zas z przeciwnej strony przy dolnej krawedzi jak na fig. 2, tworzac zwarta przestrzenna bryle prostopadloscianu. Pionowe powierzchnie polaczeniowe sa oparciami na róznych poziomach w poszczególnych zaglebieniach fotelowych. W zaleznosci od gabarytów fotela, moga z niego korzystac osoby o róznym wzroscie i wadze. PL 24951 3 Ilustracja wzoru PL 24951 4 Departament Wydawnictw UPRP PL PL PL PLPL 24951 2 Description of the industrial design The subject of the industrial design is a two-sided armchair with the possibility of use in typical home conditions, as well as in recreational places or in rooms for young people and children, for example in recreation rooms or kindergartens. The essence of the industrial design is the spatial shape and coloring of the armchair surface, distinguished by high aesthetic, utility and ergonomic values related to the comfort of sitting. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the attached illustrative material, in which Fig. 1 shows a perspective view of the armchair with a visible lower larger and upper smaller armchair recess, Fig. 2 - perspective view of the front part of the armchair with a large armchair recess, Fig. 3 - perspective view of the front part of the armchair with a smaller armchair recess. Essential features of the industrial design The armchair consists of two side vertical walls connected with each other at a specified distance and assumed height, the horizontal connecting surface constituting the seat of the armchair. The side walls, in order to obtain a spatial shape of the solid, assumed as a cuboid, were connected with each other by vertical connecting surfaces, as in fig. 1 located on one side at the upper edge, and on the opposite side at the lower edge as in fig. 2, creating a compact spatial solid of a cuboid. The vertical connecting surfaces are backrests at different levels in the individual armchair recesses.
