PL 23425 2 Opis wzoru przemyslowego Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest kanapa wypoczynkowa z mozliwoscia wykorzystywa- nia w typowych warunkach domowych, jak równiez w miejscach rekreacyjnych, czy pomieszczeniach goscinnych. Istota wzoru przemyslowego jest przestrzenne uksztaltowanie oraz kolorystyka powierzchni mebla, wyrózniajaca sie wysokimi walorami estetycznymi, uzytkowymi, a takze ergonomicznymi, zwiazanymi z wygoda siedzenia, zestawiania poszczególnych elementów kanapy pod róznymi katami przystosowanymi do okreslonych aktualnych potrzeb i warunków korzystania. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego uwidoczniono na zalaczonym materiale ilustracyjnym, na któ- rym fig. 1 przedstawia widok czolowy kanapy z zestawionymi pod katem rozwartym bocznymi opar- ciowymi segmentami, fig. 2 – widok górnej powierzchni srodkowego oparciowego segmentu, fig. 3 – widok z góry fragmentu powierzchni siedzisk kanapy z wyeksponowaniem pikowanych punktowych wglebien, fig. 4 – widok czolowy fragmentu kanapy z wyeksponowaniem widoku bocznego oparcia z umieszczona na górnej powierzchni poducha bocznego oparcia. Cechy istotne wzoru przemyslowego Kanapa wypoczynkowa stanowi zestaw bocznych, oparciowych segmentów polaczonych ze soba rozlacznie i katowo srodkowym oparciowym segmentem tworzacym jednolita plaszczyzne opar- ciowa z plaszczyznami oparciowymi bocznych segmentów. Górna powierzchnia oparciowa srodkowe- go segmentu ma ksztalt zaoblony o promieniu stycznym do pionowych bocznych powierzchni. Kazdy boczny oparciowy segment zakonczony jest z jednej ze stron bocznym oparciem zawierajacym kato- wo uksztaltowana górna powierzchnie oparciowa ze spadkiem w kierunku siedziska, pod osadzana na niej stabilnie poduche bocznego oparcia. The essence of the industrial design is the spatial shape and color scheme of the furniture surface, distinguished by high aesthetic, functional, and ergonomic values related to seating comfort, as well as the ability to arrange individual sofa elements at various angles adapted to specific current needs and conditions of use. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the attached illustrations, in which Fig. 1 shows a front view of a sofa with side backrest segments arranged at an obtuse angle, Fig. 2 – a view of the upper surface of the central backrest segment, Fig. 3 – a top view of a fragment of the sofa seat surface, highlighting the quilted point recesses, Fig. 4 – a front view of a fragment of the sofa, highlighting the side backrest with a side backrest cushion placed on the upper surface. A lounge sofa is a type of upholstered furniture with an outer surface covered in the color and texture characteristic of furniture fabric. Essential features of the industrial design: The lounge sofa comprises a set of side backrest segments connected detachably and angularly by a central backrest segment, forming a uniform backrest surface with the backrest surfaces of the side segments. The upper backrest surface of the central segment has a rounded shape with a radius tangent to the vertical side surfaces. Each side backrest segment terminates on one side with a side backrest containing an angularly shaped upper backrest surface that slopes towards the seat, under which the side backrest cushion rests securely. The seat surfaces of the individual sofa segments contain quilted point recesses in their central sections, representing the intersection points of perpendicularly projecting linear recesses.
