PL 24966 2 Opis wzoru przemyslowego Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest kamizelka motocyklisty przeznaczona zwlaszcza dla funkcjonariusza, jako kamizelka ostrzegawcza o intensywnej widzialnosci, do stosowania w sytuacjach w których obecnosc i identyfikacja osób powinna byc latwo wizualnie sygnalizowana zarówno w warunkach oswietlenia sztucznego jak i ograniczonego naturalnego. Kamizelka zapinana z przodu na ekspres i po bokach przy pomocy patek z tasmami samosczepnymi, wykonana jest z materialu w kolorze zóltym – fluorescencyjnym i wyposazona w uklad usytuowanych na przodzie i tyle równoleglych srebrnych tasm odblaskowych oraz granatowych powierzchni przewidzianych do umieszczenia napisów identyfikacyjnych. Krawedzie przodu i tylu wykonczone sa srebrna lamówka. Przedmiot wzoru pokazano na zalaczonym materiale ilustracyjnym, na którym Fig. 1 przedstawia kamizelke w widoku z przodu a Fig. 2 – w widoku z tylu. Ilustracja wzoru Departament Wydawnictw UPRP PL PL PL PL PL PL PL PL PL PL PLPL 24966 2 Description of the Industrial Design: The industrial design is a motorcycle vest designed specifically for officers as a high-visibility warning vest, for use in situations where the presence and identification of persons should be easily visually signaled in both artificial and limited natural lighting conditions. The vest, fastened at the front with a quick-release fastener and on the sides with flaps with self-adhesive tapes, is made of a fluorescent yellow material and equipped with a system of parallel silver reflective tapes located at the front and back, as well as navy blue areas intended for the placement of identification inscriptions. The edges of the front and back are finished with silver piping. The design is shown in the attached illustration, where Fig. 1 shows the vest from the front and Fig. 2 from the back.
