PL 24983 2 Opis wzoru przemyslowego Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest trzyramienny wieszak na ubrania wykorzystywany w róznych pomieszczeniach zwiazanych z przechowywaniem odziezy, wykonywany najczesciej z tworzywa sztucznego. Istota wzoru przemyslowego jest nowa postac wytworu przejawiajaca sie w jego ksztalcie, nadana mu przez cechy linii i material z którego jest wykonana. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego uwidoczniony jest na rysunku, na którym: fig. 1 – przedstawia rysunek wieszaka w widoku perspektywicznym od strony górnej, fig. 2 – poziome lewe ramie podluzne z pionowym slupkiem, fig. 3 – srodkowe ramie podluzne z pionowym slupkiem, fig. 4 – poziome prawe ramie podluzne z pionowym slupkiem, fig. 5 – poziome prawe ramie podluzne widoczne od strony bocznej, fig. 6 – pozioma belke poprzeczna, fig. 7 – przekrój poziomej belki poprzecznej i fig. 8 – przekrój jednego z ramion poziomych. Od strony przedniej ramiona posiadaja pionowe slupki zakonczone od góry równiez stopka, a w poziomie zawieraja czopy do polaczenia z belka poprzeczna, zas z przodu wyposazone sa w hak z zaokraglonym koncem. The industrial design is a three-armed clothes hanger used in various clothing storage environments, most often made of plastic. The essence of the industrial design is the new form of the product, manifested in its shape, given to it by the characteristics of the lines and the material from which it is made. The industrial design subject is shown in the drawing, which shows: Fig. 1 – a perspective view of the hanger from the top, Fig. 2 – a horizontal left longitudinal arm with a vertical post, Fig. 3 – a central longitudinal arm with a vertical post, Fig. 4 – a horizontal right longitudinal arm with a vertical post, Fig. 5 – a horizontal right longitudinal arm viewed from the side, Fig. 6 – a horizontal crossbeam, Fig. 7 – a cross-section of a horizontal crossbeam, and Fig. 8 – a cross-section of one of the horizontal arms. The three-arm clothes hanger consists of three horizontal arms with a solid circular cross-section and two crossbeams with a tubular cross-section, also circular. The horizontal arms, connected at the front by crossbeams, terminate at the rear with a foot with a socket for mounting a screw to secure the hanger to the furniture. The front arms feature vertical posts with a foot at the top, while the horizontal arms feature pins for connection to a crossbeam. The front is equipped with a hook with a rounded tip. The three-arm clothes hanger's distinctive industrial design features three horizontal arms with a solid circular cross-section and two tubular crossbeams, also circular in shape. The horizontal arms, connected at the front by crossbeams, terminate at the rear with a foot with a socket for mounting a screw to secure the hanger to the furniture. On the front side the arms have vertical posts with a foot at the top, and on the horizontal side they have pins for connection with the crossbeam, while at the front they are equipped with a hook with a rounded end, as shown in the attached drawing fig. 1 to 8.
