PL 24997 2 Opis wzoru przemyslowego Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest kanapa rozkladana z funkcja spania, przeznaczona zasadniczo do wyposazenia pomieszczenia goscinnego lub salonu. Przedmiot wzoru zostal przedstawiony w wersjach wykonania, które zachowuja takie samo zestawienie bryl i ksztaltów, a róznia sie elementami wykonczenia powierzchni. Oryginalnosc wzoru przemyslowego przejawia sie w ogólnym ksztalcie mebli, a szczególnie w ukladzie linii przeszyc, rysunku pikowan, w ksztalcie konturów oraz w wykonczeniu boczków. Korpus kanapy stanowi skrzynie, zawierajaca rozkladany stelaz z materacem i oslonieta z przodu tapicerowana listwa. Skrajnie skrzynia jest obudowana prostopadlosciennymi tapicerowanymi boczkami, zas z tylu plaska pionowa, tapicerowana scianka. Stelaz z materacem w pozycji zlozonej jest zlokalizowany w skrzyni, gdzie z góry jest osloniety, polaczonymi z nim poduchami siedziskowymi. W czesci tylnej stelaz jest powiazany z ruchomym segmentem oparciowym, zlozonym z tapicerowanego, szerokiego elementu klinowego, integralnie zwiazanego z zewnetrznymi poduchami oparcia. W pozycji rozlozonej poduchy siedziska oraz segment oparciowy sa zlokalizowane pod przednia czescia rozlozonego materaca. W pierwszej odmianie wykonania przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego jest pokryty materialem skórzanym lub skóropodobnym, o wygladzonej strukturze. Powierzchnie poduch siedziskowych sa gladkie, zas ich przednie krawedzie sa podkreslone wyraznym plaskim przeszyciem. Poduchy oparcia maja zaokraglone górne narozniki, zas krawedzie, analogicznie jak w siedziskach, sa ozdobione przeszyciami. The design is presented in versions that retain the same composition of shapes and volumes, but differ in the surface finish. The originality of the industrial design is evident in the overall shape of the furniture, particularly in the stitching lines, quilting patterns, contours, and side panel finishes. Furthermore, the sofa has additional functional features related to its ability to transform from a seat to a lounger. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the drawing in perspective views, where fig. 1 shows the sofa from the front in the first version of the embodiment, fig. 2 – the sofa from the side in the first version of the embodiment, fig. 3 – the sofa in a side-back view of the first version of the embodiment, fig. 4 – the sofa from the side in the unfolded position in the first version of the embodiment, furthermore fig. 5 – the sofa from the front in the second version of the embodiment, fig. 6 – the sofa in a front-side view in the second version of the embodiment, fig. 7 – the sofa in a front-side view in the unfolded position in the second version of the embodiment, and fig. 8 – the sofa in a front-side view in a partially folded position in the second version of the embodiment, while fig. 9 – the sofa in a side-front view in the third version of the embodiment, fig. 10 – the sofa in a side-back view of the third version of the embodiment, fig. 11 – the sofa in a view The industrial design is a fold-out sofa, presented in versions that retain the same composition of shapes and volumes, but differ in surface finishes. The sofa body is a box containing a fold-out frame with a mattress and an upholstered front panel. The outer edge of the box is enclosed by rectangular upholstered side panels, while the rear panel is a flat, vertical, upholstered wall. The folded frame, with the mattress, is located within the box, where it is covered from above by the seat cushions connected to it. In the rear section, the frame is connected to a movable backrest segment, composed of a wide, upholstered wedge-shaped element, integrally connected to the outer backrest cushions. When unfolded, the seat cushions and backrest are located under the front of the unfolded mattress. In the first version, the industrial design object is covered with a leather or leather-like material with a smooth texture. The surfaces of the seat cushions are smooth, and their front edges are accentuated with distinct flat stitching. The backrest cushions have rounded upper corners, and the edges, similar to the seats, are decorated with stitching. The side panels have rounded corners, while their outer surfaces are smooth, while the edges of the side panels feature a distinct stitching along the center. The surface of the rear wall of the furniture body contains several evenly distributed vertical stitching. In the second version, the industrial design object is covered with a soft, smooth fabric. The seat cushion surfaces are smooth, with prominent raised stitching accentuating their front edges. The back cushions also have rounded upper corners, while the side edges are rounded, slightly gathered, and finished with stitching. The side panels are narrow and have rounded corners, while their outer edges are decorated with one horizontal and two vertical stitching accentuating the intersections with two quilts. The side panel edges feature prominent raised stitching accents. In the third variant, the industrial design is upholstered in a soft velvet fabric. The seat cushion surfaces feature one longitudinal and two crosswise stitching accentuating the intersections with two quilts. The back cushions have rounded upper corners, while the side edges are rounded, slightly gathered, and finished with stitching. The sides have a rounded upper surface, while their outer surfaces are smooth. Furthermore, the front surfaces are flat and framed with distinctive stitching. The rear surface of the furniture body is completely smooth. The sofa is available in various upholstery color combinations, and its width is adapted to several different frame and mattress widths.
