Opis wzoru przemyslowego Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest kanapa narozna sluzaca do siedzenia, a po rozlozeniu do spania, przeznaczona do wyposazenia wnetrz pomieszczen. Istota wzoru przemyslowego jest nowa, posiadajaca indywidualny charakter kanapa narozna, przejawiajacy sie w ksztalcie, cechach linii oraz strukturze powierzchni. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego jest uwidoczniony na zalaczonych fotografiach, na których fig. 1 przedstawia kanape narozna w widoku perspektywicznym, fig. 2 - kanape narozna rozlozona w widoku perspektywicznym, fig. 3 - fragment sredniej poduszki ozdobnej. Cechy istotne wzoru przemyslowego Kanapa narozna, wedlug wzoru przemyslowego odznacza sie oryginalna budowa, charakteryzujaca sie tym, ze siedzisko posiada ksztalt przypominajacy litere „L" oraz sklada sie z dwóch czesci: ruchomej oraz stalej. Czesc ruchoma kanapy posiada skrzynie stanowiaca pojemnik na posciel, z która polaczone jest ruchomo za pomoca podnosnika wspomagajacego siedzisko umozliwiajace, poprzez podniesienie, dostep do pojemnika. Do tylnej plyty skrzyni bedacej pojemnikiem na posciel zawiasowo zamocowane jest ruchome oparcie, które po przesunieciu calej czesci ruchomej do przodu, mozna polozyc uzyskujac dodatkowa powierzchnie spania. Siedzisko oraz oparcie stanowi drewniana rama, do której zamocowana jest plyta z przyklejona pianka wysokoodbojna, przy czym siedzisko posiada dodatkowo sprezyny faliste. Siedzisko czesci ruchomej podzielone jest na dwie równe czesci, zas obie czesci siedziska zaopatrzone sa na zewnetrznej powierzchni w ozdobne prostopadle wzgledem siebie rozmieszczone przeszycia, które w miejscach przeciec posiadaja dodatkowo ozdobne piki. Z boku siedzisko ruchome ogranicza boczek posiadajacy ksztalt przypominajacy prostopadloscian. Wzdluz oparcia ruchomego oraz stalych elementów oparciowych zamocowanych do czesci stalej siedziska znajduja sie cztery poduszki oparciowe. Dodatkowo kanapa posiada dwie srednie oraz jedna mala poduszke ozdobna. Wszystkie elementy kanapy, poduszki oparciowe oraz mala poduszka ozdobna pokryte sa tkanina, skóra ekologiczna lub naturalna w jednolitym kolorze, zas srednie poduszki ozdobne materialem zaopatrzonym w kontrastowy wzór o motywie roslinnym przypominajacym lodygi kwiatów. The essence of the industrial design is a new corner sofa with an individual character, manifested in its shape, line features, and surface structure. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the attached photographs, in which Fig. 1 shows the corner sofa in a perspective view, Fig. 2 - the unfolded corner sofa in a perspective view, and Fig. 3 - a fragment of a medium-sized decorative cushion. Essential Features of the Industrial Design: The corner sofa, according to the industrial design, is characterized by an original structure characterized by the seat having a shape resembling the letter "L" and consisting of two parts: a movable and a fixed one. The movable section of the sofa features a box serving as a bedding container, movably connected to it by a lift that supports the seat, allowing access to the container by lifting it. A movable backrest is hinged to the rear panel of the box serving as a bedding container. After sliding the entire movable section forward, it can be folded down to provide additional sleeping space. The seat and backrest comprise a wooden frame, to which a board with high-resilience foam is attached, and the seat also features sinuous springs. The seat of the movable section is divided into two equal sections, and both sections are equipped with decorative perpendicular stitching on the outer surface, which is additionally decorated with decorative peaks at the intersections. The movable seat is bounded by a cuboid-shaped side panel. Four backrest cushions are located along the movable backrest and the fixed backrest elements attached to the fixed seat. Additionally, the sofa has two medium and one small decorative cushion. All sofa elements, the backrest cushions, and the small decorative cushion are covered in fabric, eco-leather, or natural leather in a solid color, while the medium decorative cushions are upholstered in a fabric with a contrasting floral pattern resembling flower stems. The sofa rests on chrome legs, while the movable seat section rests on black legs.
