Istote wzoru przemyslo- wego stanowi nowa postac przedmiotu przejawiajaca sie w ksztalcie i wlasciwosciach zastosowanych materialów. Tacka do kontaktu z zywnoscia wedlug wzoru przemyslowego przeznaczona jest do wielokrot- nego odtwarzania w produkcji przemyslowej. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego jest uwidoczniony na zalaczonym rysunku przedstawiajacym tacke w widoku perspektywicznym w dwóch odmianach fig. 1 i fig. 2. Cechy istotne wzoru przemyslowego Nowa postac tacki do kontaktu z zywnoscia, zgodnie ze wzorem przemyslowym wykonana z kar- tonu w ksztalcie prostokata, wyraza sie tym, ze w pierwszej odmianie tacka wykonana jest z kartonu, tektury litej w ksztalcie prostokata ze scietymi naroznikami i pokryta obustronnie papierem, jak przed- stawiono na zalaczonej ilustracji na fig. 1. W drugiej odmianie wzoru przemyslowego tacka do kontaktu z zywnoscia wykonana jest z kar- tonu, tektury litej w ksztalcie prostokata ze scietymi naroznikami, a od strony górnej pokryta jest papie- rem, jak pokazano na zalaczonej ilustracji na fig. 2. The essence of the industrial design is the new form of the object, manifested in the shape and properties of the materials used. The food contact tray, as designed in the industrial design, is intended to be reproduced multiple times in industrial production. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the attached drawing showing a tray in a perspective view in two variants, Fig. 1 and Fig. 2. Essential features of the industrial design The new form of the tray for contact with food, made of rectangular cardboard according to the industrial design, is expressed in that in the first variant the tray is made of cardboard, rectangular solid cardboard with cut corners and covered with paper on both sides, as shown in the attached illustration in Fig. 1. In the second variant of the industrial design the tray for contact with food is made of cardboard, rectangular solid cardboard with cut corners and covered with paper on the upper side, as shown in the attached illustration in Fig. 2.
