Butelka z zakretka Prawo z rejestracji wzoru zdobniczego tiwa od dnia: 10 kwietnia 2001 r. Przedmiotem wzoru zdobniczego jest butelka z zakretka. Istote wzoru stanowi nowa postac butelki z zakretka, zmierzajaca do celów estetycznych, przejawiajaca sie w jej ksztalcie, jak równiez w ukladzie zasadniczych linii obrysu poszczególnych elementów. Butelka z zakretka wedlug wzoru charakteryzuje sie tym, ze jej korpus i dno maja ksztalt owalu, przy czym górna czesc butelki zawierajaca gwintowana szyjke na której osadzona jest lejkowata nasadka oslonieta zakretka o ksztalciestozka scietego i zaopatrzona jest na calym obwodzie we wzdluzne rowki i dwie plaskie powierzchnie umieszczone naprzeciw siebie, gdzie górna czesc butelki ma sfazowana wzdluz górnej plaszczyzny powierzchnie i ma ponizej, po obu bocznych stronach dwa podluzne wglebienia o ksztalcie prostokata, którego krótsze boki sa zaokraglone i ma srodkowa czesc o obrysie owalu wglebiona w stosunku do górnej czesci i dolnej czesci, a dolna czesc butelki ma wypukla obwodowa opaske zaopatrzona w dwie naprzeciwlegle plaskie powierzchnie o ksztalcie zaokraglonego od góry prostokata i lezkowate wglebienia umieszczone od strony czolowej. Jak pokazano na rysunku butelka zaopatrzona jest w lejkowata nasadke 1 mocowana zatrzaskowo w górnej czesci szyjki 2 i zakretke 3. Korpus 4 butelki i jej dno 5 maja ksztalt owalu. Górna czesc 6 butelki zaopatrzona jest w gwintowana szyjke 7 na której osadzona jest lejkowata nasadka 1 oslonieta zakretka 3 o ksztalcie stozka scietego, zaopatrzona na calym obwodzie we wzdluzne rowki 8 i dwie plaskie powierzchnie 9 umieszczone naprzeciw siebie. Górna czesc 6 ma ponizej szyjki 2 sfazowana wzdluz plaszczyzny plaska powierzchnie 10 i ma ponizej, po obu bocznych stronach dwa podluzne wglebienia H o ksztalcie prostokata, którego krótsze boki sa zaokraglone. Srodkowa czesc 12 butelki ma wglebiona w stosunku dogórnej czesci 6 i dolnej czesci 13 powierzchnie o obrysie owalu. Dolna czesc 13 butelki ma wypukla obwodowa opaske 14 zaopatrzona w dwie naprzeciwlegle plaskie powierzchnie 15 o ksztalcie zaokraglonego od góry prostokata i lezkowate wglebienia 16 umieszczone od strony czolowych scian butelki. The essence of the design is a new form of the bottle with a cap, aimed at aesthetic purposes, manifested in its shape as well as in the arrangement of the basic contour lines of individual elements. A bottle with a cap according to the model is characterized in that its body and bottom are oval in shape, wherein the upper part of the bottle has a threaded neck on which a funnel-shaped cap is mounted, covered with a cap in the shape of a truncated cone and is provided along the entire circumference with longitudinal grooves and two flat surfaces placed opposite each other, wherein the upper part of the bottle has a surface chamfered along the upper plane and has below, on both lateral sides, two longitudinal recesses in the shape of a rectangle, the shorter sides of which are rounded and has a central part in the outline of an oval recessed in relation to the upper part and the lower part, and the lower part of the bottle has a convex circumferential band provided with two opposite flat surfaces in the shape of a rectangle rounded from the top and teardrop-shaped recesses located on the front side. As shown in the drawing, the bottle is provided with a funnel-shaped cap 1 snap-fitted to the upper part of the neck 2 and a cap 3. The bottle body 4 and its bottom 5 are oval in shape. The upper part 6 of the bottle is provided with a threaded neck 7 on which the funnel-shaped cap 1 is mounted, covered by a cap 3 in the shape of a truncated cone, provided around its entire circumference with longitudinal grooves 8 and two flat surfaces 9 placed opposite each other. The upper part 6 has a flat surface 10 chamfered along the plane below the neck 2 and has below, on both lateral sides, two longitudinal recesses H in the shape of a rectangle, the shorter sides of which are rounded. The middle part 12 of the bottle has a recessed surface with an oval outline in relation to the upper part 6 and the lower part 13. The lower part 13 of the bottle has a convex circumferential band 14 provided with two opposing flat surfaces 15 in the shape of a rectangle rounded at the top and teardrop-shaped recesses 16 located on the side of the front walls of the bottle.
