Butelka Prawo z rejestracji wzoru przemyslowego trwa od dnia: 12 sierpnia 2003 r. Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest butelka. Istote wzoru stanowi nowa postac butelki z zamknieciem, zmierzajaca do celów estetycznych, przejawiajaca sie w jej ksztalcie, jak równiez w ukladzie zasadniczych linii obrysu poszczególnych elementów. Butelka zaopatrzona w zamkniecie o ksztalcie stozka scietego, charakteryzuje sie tym, ze jej korpus od strony czolowej sciany i tylnej sciany ma srodkowa, wyoblona czesc, wglebiona w czolowa sciane i tylna sciane gdzie wyoblona czesc ograniczona jest od góry lukowo zwienczona powierzchnia, a od dolu lukowo zwienczona powierzchnia przy czym boczne powierzchnie butelki maja dwie plaskie, równolegle do siebie powierzchnie, laczace sie trapezowymi uskokami z nieznacznie wyoblonymina zewnatrz powierzchniami, a dno butelki ma ksztalt splaszczonego owalu z wklesla czescia srodkowa obrzezona owalna opaska. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego pokazany jest na zalaczonym rysunku, gdzie na fig. 1 - przedstawiono butelke z zamknieciem w widoku od czola, fig. 2 - przedstawiono butelke w widoku z boku, fig. 3 - przedstawiono butelke w widoku aksonometrycznym, fig. 4 - przedstawiono butelke w widoku od strony dna, a na fig. 5 - przedstawiono butelke w widoku z góry. Jak pokazano na rysunku butelka zaopatrzona jest w zamkniecie 1 o ksztalcie stozka scietego, a jej korpus 2 od strony czolowej sciany 3 i tylnej sciany 4 ma srodkowa wyoblona czesc 5, wglebiona w czolowa sciane 3 i tylna sciane 4. Wyoblona czesc 5 ograniczona jest od góry lukowo zwienczona powierzchnia 6, a od dolu lukowo zwienczona powierzchnia!. Boczne powierzchnie 8 i § butelki maja dwie plaskie, równolegle do siebie powierzchnie 10 i 11 laczace sie trapezowymi uskokami 12 i 13 z nieznacznie wyoblonymi na zewnatrz powierzchniami 14 i 15. The essence of the design is a new form of the bottle with a closure, aimed at aesthetic purposes, manifested in its shape as well as in the arrangement of the basic outline lines of individual elements. A bottle provided with a closure in the shape of a truncated cone, characterized in that its body on the side of the front wall and the back wall has a central, rounded part, recessed into the front wall and the back wall, where the rounded part is limited from the top by an arc-shaped surface and from the bottom by an arc-shaped surface, wherein the side surfaces of the bottle have two flat, parallel surfaces, connected by trapezoidal steps with slightly rounded outside surfaces, and the bottom of the bottle has the shape of a flattened oval with a concave central part edged with an oval band. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the attached drawing, where Fig. 1 shows a bottle with a closure in a front view, Fig. 2 shows a side view of the bottle, Fig. 3 shows an axonometric view of the bottle, Fig. 4 shows a bottom view of the bottle, and Fig. 5 shows a top view of the bottle. As shown in the drawing, the bottle is provided with a closure 1 in the shape of a truncated cone, and its body 2 on the side of the front wall 3 and back wall 4 has a central rounded part 5, recessed into the front wall 3 and back wall 4. The rounded part 5 is limited at the top by an arc-topped surface 6, and at the bottom by an arc-topped surface!. The side surfaces 8 and § of the bottle have two flat, parallel surfaces 10 and 11, connected by trapezoidal steps 12 and 13 with slightly outwardly curved surfaces 14 and 15. The bottom 16 of the bottle has the shape of a flattened oval with a concave central part 17, edged with an oval band 18.
