Wszystkie odmiany etykiety posiadaja ksztalt poziomego prostokata o róznokolorowym tle wyobrazajacym plame w stylu abstrakcyjnego taszyzmu. Z prawej strony, na ta róznokolorowa plame nalozony jest duzy bialy pionowy prostokat, pozostawiajacy tylko róznokolorowe brzegi etykiety. Nalozona na czolowa czesc tuby, stanowiacej opakowanie kremu do rak, etykieta posiada po lewej stronie u góry na tle róznokolorowej plamy, prostokat w ksztalcie zblizonym do kwadratu w kolorze bialym w bezowych ramkach wykonanych delikatna kreska. The novelty and original, individual features of the label according to the industrial design are ensured by its unique graphic layout, colors and ornamentation as well as sophisticated lettering. The subject of the industrial design is presented in the attached illustration in three varieties, in which: Fig. 1 – shows the first variety of the label in a general view with the name of the product series miss me and the fanciful term PRETTY, intended for the packaging of a hand cream with mango and apriocot, Fig. 2 – shows the second variety of the label in a general view with the name of the product series miss me and the fanciful term DARLING, intended for the packaging of a hand cream with pear and magnolia, Fig. 3 – shows the third variety of the label in a general view with the name of the product series miss me and the fanciful term SWEETY, intended for the packaging of a hand cream with cocomilk and vanilla. All varieties of the label have the shape of a horizontal rectangle with a multi-coloured background representing a spot in the style of abstract tachism. On the right side, a large white vertical rectangle is superimposed on this multi-colored spot, leaving only the multi-colored edges of the label. Superimposed on the front part of the tube, which is the packaging for the hand cream, the label has on the left side at the top, against the background of the multi-colored spot, a rectangle in a shape close to a square in white in beige frames made with a delicate line. On the white background of the square rectangle, the name of the product series is placed at the top: "miss me" written in a characteristic, stylized handwriting in an intensive black color, in large, small letters. Below the name of the product series, there is a fanciful description of the product written in black, block capitals, in spaced out capital letters, underlined by an incomplete horizontal black line. Below the line, there is the name of the product written one below the other in English: "HAND CREAM" and in Polish: "RACK KREM". The name of the product is written in block capitals of different size and intensity of black color, with the letters of the product name in English being larger than the letters of the product name in Polish. Below the names, there is a closer description of the product contained in the packaging, created in large beige block letters. At the bottom of the front part of the label, against the background of a multi-colored spot in the style of abstract tachism, there is horizontal, elongated rectangle with delicately marked beige frames on a white background, on which the manufacturer's logo is placed in black. On the right side of the label, usually placed on the back of the tube-shaped packaging, there is a large white vertical rectangle with colored edges, which are the remains of the colored spot on the label background. At the top of the white vertical rectangle there is an advertising, encouraging inscription in English, written in a handwritten, characteristic stylized script, underlined by a delicate, handwritten, arched line. The handwritten inscription and line are in black. Below this inscription, on the left side, on a square field that is sort of separated and limited by information text, there is the name of the product series: miss me, with a closer description of the product placed below. Next to and below the square separated field with the series name and fanciful product description, there is comprehensive, useful and required information about the cream contained in the tube-shaped packaging, its properties and advantages, method of use, shelf life, product ingredients are given. Everything is done in black original font. Below the information text at the bottom of the back of the label, from the left are given: the capacity of the package, under which are placed the full manufacturer's data and the origin of the product, and next to it on the right side is the product code with a stylized drawing of an unspecified flower placed in the upper right corner. The first version of the label according to the industrial design presented in the attached illustrative material in a general view as fig. 1, has the shape of a horizontal rectangle. The background of the PL 25761 3 label is a multi-coloured, expressive spot in the style of abstract tachism, reminiscent of poppies in the default imagination, in the dominant colour of orange with additions of colours: yellow, greenish, bluish, black and their shades. On the right side of the label, a large white vertical rectangle is applied to the multi-coloured, expressive background of the label in the form of a tachist spot, covering a significant part of it, leaving only coloured edges. The left part of the label shown in fig. 1 is usually placed on the front side of the tube-shaped packaging, has at the top, against the background of a multi-coloured spot with default poppies, a white rectangle in a shape close to a square, with beige frames made with a delicate line. On the white background of a square rectangle with beige frames, the name of the product series is placed at the top: miss me, written in a characteristic handwriting in an intense black color, in large, small letters. Under the name of the product series, there is a more detailed description of the product: "PRETTY", underlined with a black incomplete line. Below the line, there is a product name written one below the other in English: "HAND CREAM" and in Polish: "RACK KREM". The product name is written in different sizes and intensity of black in printed capital letters, with the letters of the product name in English being larger than the letters of the product name in Polish. Under the product names, there are names of the leading ingredients of the product: MANGO & APRICOT written in beige capital letters. At the bottom of the front part of the label, against the background of a multi-coloured, expressive spot with default poppies, there is a horizontal elongated rectangle with beige frames on a white background marked with a delicate line, on which the manufacturer's logo is placed. On the right side of the label, usually placed on On the back of the tube-shaped packaging, there is a large white vertical rectangle with colored edges that are remnants of the colored background stain of the label. At the top of the white vertical rectangle, there is an inscription written in characteristic handwriting in English: yes, you're pretty! underlined by a delicate, handwritten, arched line. The handwritten inscription and line are in black. The blue colour of the spot is complemented by glimpses of green, pink and black. In the upper left-hand side of the label, against the background of the multicoloured spot, there is a large white vertical rectangle, in which, under the name of the product series, there is its closer definition in the form of the word "DARLING". On the other hand, under the bilingual name of the product, there are the names of the leading ingredients of the product: PEAR & MAGNOLIA. On the right-hand side of the label, usually placed on the back wall of the tube, there is an inscription in English at the top: "Darling, you look charming", and under it in a separate, limited, informational text under the name of the product series, there is its closer definition in the form of the word: DARLING. The third version of the industrial design, shown in the attached illustration material as fig. 3, has the form of a horizontal rectangle with a background showing a multi-coloured, distinct spot with a distinct predominance of pink, which in an abstract sense shows conventional rose flowers on a white background with green and blue highlights.
