Istota wzoru przemyslowego jest nowa postac przedmiotu, przejawiajaca sie w oryginalnym ksztalcie, ukladzie linii i zdobieniu. Wzór przemyslowy wystepuje w dwóch odmianach, przy czym wskazane powyzej elementy stanowia ich cechy wspólne, i tak: 1. The essence of the industrial design is the new form of the object, manifested in its original shape, line arrangement, and decoration. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the drawings: Fig. 1, Fig. 2, Fig. 3, and Fig. 4. The lantern housing consists of a cover, side walls, and a base with characteristic shapes and ornamentation as in Fig. 1, Fig. 2, Fig. 3, and Fig. 4. The industrial design comes in two varieties, with the elements indicated above constituting their common features, as follows: 1. Variation I – presents a lantern housing in which the side walls appear to be outlined in a circle. As in Fig. 1, and Fig. 2. 2. Variation II – shows a lantern housing in which the side walls appear flattened from the top. As in Fig. 3, and Fig. 4. The industrial design registration does not claim a color variant, but only the shape, line arrangement, and ornamentation.
