PL 26563 2 Opis wzoru przemyslowego Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest lampion nagrobny, przeznaczony do umieszczania wewnatrz zródel swiatla, tj. swieczki, wymiennych wkladów woskowych, lub olejowych. Istota wzoru przemyslowego jest nowa postac przedmiotu, przejawiajaca sie w oryginalnym ksztalcie i ukladzie linii oraz zdobieniu. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego uwidoczniony jest na rysunkach: Fig. 1, Fig. 2, Fig. 3, Fig. 4, Fig. 5, Fig. 6, Fig. 7, Fig. 8, oraz Fig. 9. Lampion posiada kwadratowa podstawe, o czterech nózkach umieszczonych na rogach kwadratowej podstawy, oraz charakterystycznych wypuklosciach, jak na Fig. 1, Fig. 2, Fig. 3, Fig. 5, oraz Fig. 6. Podstawa lampionu od spodu, po wewnetrznym obwodzie kwadratu posiada prostokatne szczeliny, z których wystaja prostokatne wypustki jak na Fig. 7, oraz Fig. 8 Lampion posiada charakterystyczna pokrywe jak na Fig. 1, Fig. 2, oraz Fig. 9. The essence of the industrial design is the new form of the object, manifested in its original shape, line arrangement, and decoration. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the drawings: Fig. 1, Fig. 2, Fig. 3, Fig. 4, Fig. 5, Fig. 6, Fig. 7, Fig. 8, and Fig. 9. The lantern consists of a base and a cover, connected by walls made of characteristic, open-work feathers made of transparent or semi-transparent material, resembling a triangle in the cross-section of a single feather with a rounded convex base, constituting the outer part of the lantern walls with an outer contour in the form of a diamond, which provides additional dispersion of light rays and visual impressions as in Fig. 1, Fig. 2, Fig. 3, Fig. 4, Fig. 5, Fig. 6, Fig. 7, Fig. 8, Fig. 9. The lantern has a glass, transparent, cubic lampshade visible through the open-work feathers, the the base is a mirror surface, as in Fig. 1, Fig. 2, Fig. 3, and Fig. 4. The lantern in the upper part has a characteristic black frame on which a cover is placed, while on the perimeter of the frame there are rectangular slots from which rectangular protrusions protrude, as in Fig. 4. The lantern has a square base with four legs placed on the corners of the square base and characteristic convexities, as in Fig. 1, Fig. 2, Fig. 3, Fig. 5, and Fig. 6. The lantern base from the bottom, on the inner perimeter of the square, has rectangular slots from which rectangular protrusions protrude, as in Fig. 7, and Fig. 8. The lantern has a characteristic cover, as in Fig. 1, Fig. 2, and Fig. 9. Essential features of the industrial design The essential feature of the industrial design is that the lantern consists of a base and a cover, connected by walls made of characteristic, openwork feathers made of transparent or semi-transparent material, resembling a triangle with a rounded, convex base in the cross-section of a single feather, constituting the outer part of the lantern walls with an outer contour in the form of a diamond, which provides additional dispersion of light rays and visual impressions as in Fig. 1, Fig. 2, Fig. 3, Fig. 4, Fig. 5, Fig. 6, Fig. 7, Fig. 8, Fig. 9.
