PL 26881 2 Opis wzoru przemyslowego Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest klosz lampionu nagrobnego, przeznaczonego do umieszczania wewnatrz zródel swiatla, tj. swieczki, wymiennych wkladów woskowych, lub olejowych. Istota wzoru przemyslowego jest nowa postac przedmiotu, przejawiajaca sie w oryginalnym ksztalcie i ukladzie linii. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego uwidoczniony jest na rysunkach: Fig. 1, Fig. 2, Fig. 3, Fig. 4, Fig. 5, Fig. 6, oraz Fig. 7. Klosz lampionu z przeznaczeniem wykorzystania go z róznymi wariantami podstawy i pokrywy, wykonany z charakterystycznych falistych piór umieszczonych po bokach lampionu, pomiedzy którymi z przodu i z tylu lampionu znajduja sie plaszczyzny z przezroczystego, lub pólprzezroczystego materialu jak na Fig. 1, Fig. 2, Fig. 3, Fig. 4, Fig. 5, Fig. 6, oraz Fig. 7. The essence of the industrial design is a new form of the object, manifested in an original shape and arrangement of lines. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the drawings: Fig. 1, Fig. 2, Fig. 3, Fig. 4, Fig. 5, Fig. 6, and Fig. 7. A lantern shade intended to be used with various variants of the base and cover, made of characteristic wavy feathers placed on the sides of the lantern, between which at the front and back of the lantern there are surfaces of transparent or semi-transparent material as in Fig. 1, Fig. 2, Fig. 3, Fig. 4, Fig. 5, Fig. 6, and Fig. 7. The industrial design may appear in two varieties, with the elements indicated above constituting their common features. The variants of the industrial design differ in the shape of the external outline of the side feathers, as follows: 1. Variation I – shows a lantern shade with the outline of the side feathers with protrusions in the lower part of the shade, as in Fig. 1, Fig. 2, Fig. 3, and Fig. 4, where Fig. 4 shows photographs of the finished lantern. 2. Variation II – presents a lantern shade with the outline of side feathers with convexities in the upper part of the shade, as in Fig. 5, Fig. 6, and Fig. 7. Essential features of the industrial design An essential feature of the industrial design is that the lantern shade, intended to be used with various variants of the base and cover, is made of characteristic wavy feathers placed on the sides of the lantern, between which at the front and back of the lantern there are surfaces made of transparent or semi-transparent material, as in Fig. 1, Fig. 2, Fig. 3, Fig. 4, Fig. 5, Fig. 6, and Fig. 7. An essential feature of the industrial design is that it can occur in 2 varieties.
