Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest mebel tapicerowany w postaci kanapy rozkladanej /wersalki/ z przeznaczeniem do wypoczynku i spania. Istote wzoru przemyslowego stanowi nowa postac przedmiotu przejawiajaca sie w jego ksztalcie oraz wlasciwosciach powierzchni czesci tapicerowanych, która nadaje meblowi tapicerowanemu swoisty i oryginalny wyglad.Wzór przemyslowy przeznaczony jest do odtwarzania w produkcji przemyslowej. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego jest uwidoczniony na zalaczonych fotografiach, na których fig. 1 przedstawia mebel w widoku z przodu z poduszkami, fig. 2 przedstawia mebel z podniesionymi bocznymi czesciami siedziska w widoku z przodu, fig. 2 przedstawia mebel rozlozony z jednym podniesionym zaglówkiem w widoku z przodu oraz na zalaczonych rysunkach, na których fig. 4 obrazuje sposób rozkladania mebla w ujeciu aksonometrycznym i fig. 5 przedstawia mebel w ujeciu schematycznym. Mebel tapicerowany wedlug wzoru przemyslowego ma wszystkie widoczne elementy otapicerowane i sklada sie ze skrzyni na posciel posadowionej na stopkach, do której zamocowane jest tapicerowane siedzisko z oparciem. Nowa postac mebla tapicerowanego wyraza sie tym, ze siedzisko mebla tapicerowanego ma odchylane boczne czesci. Konstrukcja ramy siedziska posiada obustronnie wbudowane uchylne boczne ramki, które mozna ustawiac pod katem od 0° do 67,5° w góre w stosunku do czesci srodkowej siedziska. Po calkowitym zatapicerowaniu poszczególnych czesci mebla boczne czesci siedziska stanowia regulowany zaglówek, a przy maksymalnym wychyleniu bok przyjmuje postac podlokietnika. Tapicerowane siedzisko i oparcie ma postac poduch. Jednej w oparciu i trzech na siedzisku z przeszyciami pionowymi, przy czym przeszycia pionowe na siedzisku i oparciu biegna wzdluz linii polaczenruchomych bocznych czesci z rama siedziska oraz w pokrywajacych sie odpowiednio miejscach oparcia i siedziska. The subject of the industrial design is an upholstered piece of furniture in the form of a sofa bed (sofa bed) intended for relaxation and sleeping. The essence of the industrial design is the new form of the object, manifested in its shape and the surface properties of the upholstered parts, which gives the upholstered furniture a unique and original appearance. The industrial design is intended for reproduction in industrial production. The industrial design subject is shown in the attached photographs, in which Fig. 1 shows the furniture in a front view with cushions, Fig. 2 shows the furniture with raised side sections of the seat in a front view, Fig. 2 shows the furniture unfolded with one raised headrest in a front view, and in the attached drawings, in which Fig. 4 illustrates the method of unfolding the furniture in an axonometric view and Fig. 5 shows the furniture in a schematic view. The upholstered furniture according to the industrial design has all visible elements upholstered and consists of a bedding box placed on legs, to which an upholstered seat with a backrest is attached. The new form of upholstered furniture is expressed in that the seat of the upholstered furniture has hinged side sections. The seat frame structure features built-in, tilting side frames on both sides, which can be adjusted at an angle from 0° to 67.5° upward relative to the center of the seat. When fully upholstered, the side sections of the seat form an adjustable headrest, and at maximum tilt, the side becomes an armrest. The upholstered seat and backrest are designed with cushions. One in the backrest and three on the seat, each with vertical stitching. The vertical stitching on the seat and backrest runs along the line of the movable side sections' connections to the seat frame and in corresponding overlapping areas on the backrest and seat.
