Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego pokazano na zalaczonym materiale ilustracyjnym w postaci fotografii, na których fot. 1 przedstawia ozdobe w widoku od czola koloru zlotego a fot. 2 – ozdobe w widoku od czola koloru srebrnego.
