Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest dywan przeznaczony do pomieszczen mieszkalnych i biurowych. Istota wzoru przemyslowego jest nowa postac przedmiotu przejawiajaca sie w ukladzie powierzchni oraz stylizowanej grafice. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego uwidoczniony jest na zalaczonym materiale ilustracyjnym wedlug fig.1 oraz fig. 2. Dywan wedlug wzoru przemyslowego stanowi kompozycje stylizowanych lisci o wyraznie zaznaczonej strukturze zylek. Grafika lisci wkomponowana jest w przenikajace sie powierzchnie o róznych niesymetrycznych ksztaltach i o róznych odcieniach jasniejszych i ciemniejszych. Calosc zamknieta w kompozycje ramowa zakonczona ciemna obwódka dookola i jasnym tlem w czesci srodkowej w ksztalcie prostokata. Wedlug pierwszej odmiany pokazanej na fig. 1 dywan ma ksztalt prostokata z ciemnym obramowaniem dookola i jasnym tlem w czesci srodkowej równiez w ksztalcie prostokata. Na tle ciemniejszym, przy krótszym boku znajduja sie pojedyncze kwiaty bez lodyg z bialym tlem przypominajacym cien. Kompozycja stylizowanych lisci wkomponowana jest w przenikajace siepowierzchnie o róznych niesymetrycznych ksztaltach i o róznych odcieniach jasniejszych i ciemniejszych. Druga odmiane stanowi dywan w ksztalcie owalu pokazany na rysunku wedlug fig. 2. Grafika lisci rozmieszczona jest podobnie jak w fig. 1. Identyczne jest tez obramowanie i odcienie powierzchni. Cechy istotne wzoru przemyslowego stanowi kompozycja ramowa z motywów liscia o wyraznie zaznaczonej strukturze zylek. Liscie wkomponowane sa w prostokatne plaszczyzny, rozbite miejscami lukami, które nawiazuja do plynnych linii przechodzacych przez motyw lisci, imitujac lodygi. The essence of the industrial design is the new form of the object, manifested in the surface arrangement and stylized graphics. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the attached illustrations in Fig. 1 and Fig. 2. The carpet, according to the industrial design, is a composition of stylized leaves with a clearly defined vein structure. The leaf graphics are integrated into interpenetrating surfaces of various asymmetrical shapes and various shades of light and dark. The entire design is enclosed in a framed composition, topped with a dark border around the perimeter and a light background in the central rectangular section. The first variant, shown in Fig. 1, is a rectangular rug with a dark border around it and a light background in the central section, also rectangular. On the darker background, on the shorter side, are single, stemless flowers with a white background resembling a shadow. The composition of stylized leaves is incorporated into interpenetrating surfaces of various asymmetrical shapes and shades of lighter and darker. The second variant is an oval-shaped rug, shown in Fig. 2. The leaf graphics are arranged similarly to Fig. 1. The border and surface tones are also identical. The essential features of the industrial design are a framed composition of leaf motifs with a clearly defined vein structure. The leaves are incorporated into rectangular surfaces, broken up in places by arcs that refer to the flowing lines passing through the leaf motif, imitating stems. AGNELLA S.A.
