Opis wzoru przemyslowego Przedmiotem wzoru jest klosz znicza nagrobkowego. Description of the industrial design The design is for a lampshade for a grave candle.
(KARAFA KORAL – nazwa wlasna) Istota wzoru jest charakterystyczna postac przedmiotu wzoru, przejawiajaca sie w jego ksztalcie, formie, zdobnictwie powierzchni oraz zastosowanej kolorystyce. (KARAFA KORAL – proper name) The essence of a design is the characteristic form of the design object, manifested in its shape, form, surface decoration, and the colors used.
Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego wykonany jest w czterech odmianach, rózniacych sie kolory- styka i elementami witraza, przedstawionych na zalaczonej ilustracji. The industrial design is available in four varieties, differing in colour and stained glass elements, as shown in the attached illustration.
Wykaz odmian: 1) Klosz znicza nagrobkowego z witrazem w kolorze czarnym w 2/3 powierzchni pokryty jest czarnymi krysztalkami szklanymi, tworzacymi witraz. Po- zostala czesc klosza jest ozdobiona czarnymi koralikami tworzac dekor w ksztalcie pasa wokól klosza – fig. 1 2) Klosz znicza nagrobkowego z witrazem w kolorze srebrnym w 2/3 powierzchni pokryty jest srebrnymi krysztalkami szklanymi, tworzacymi witraz. Po- zostala czesc klosza jest ozdobiona srebrnymi koralikami tworzac dekor w ksztalcie pasa wokól klosza – fig. 2 3) Klosz znicza nagrobkowego z witrazem w kolorze zlotym w 2/3 powierzchni pokryty jest zlotymi krysztalkami szklanymi, tworzacymi witraz. Pozo- stala czesc klosza jest ozdobiona zlotymi koralikami tworzac dekor w ksztalcie pasa wo- kól klosza – fig. 3 4) Klosz znicza nagrobkowego z witrazem w kolorze zloto-czarnym w 2/3 powierzchni pokryty jest zlotymi krysztalkami szklanymi, tworzacymi witraz. Pozo- stala czesc klosza jest ozdobiona czarnymi koralikami tworzac czarny dekor w ksztalcie pasa wokól klosza – fig. 4. Klosz znicza wedlug wzoru przemyslowego ma postac przezroczystego, szklanego wazonu z grubego szkla, o okraglym przekroju poprzecznym, rozszerzajacego sie szybko od podstawy, a na- stepnie zwezajacego sie lagodnie ku górze, przyjmujac ksztalt rurowy w poblizu krawedzi otworu. Spód klosza jest plaskim talerzykiem o pionowych sciankach bocznych i srednicy mniejszej od srednicy klosza w najszerszym miejscu. The industrial-style candle shade takes the form of a transparent, thick glass vase with a circular cross-section, widening rapidly from the base and then tapering gently upwards, taking on a tubular shape near the edge of the opening. The bottom of the shade is a flat plate with vertical side walls and a diameter smaller than the shade's diameter at its widest point.

Wszystkie odmiany posiadaja witraz, który na czesci dolnej rozszerzajacej sie oraz na górnej zwezajacej sie wykonany jest z drobnych nieregularnych kawalków szkla. Przestrzen pomie- dzy szkielkami wypelniona jest fuga.
