Istota wzoru jest charakterystyczna postac przedmiotu wzoru, przejawiajaca sie w jego ksztalcie, formie, zdobnictwie powierzchni oraz zastosowanej kolorystyce. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego wykonany jest w szesciu odmianach, rózniacych sie zdobieniem, kolorystyka, elementami witraza, przedstawionych na zalaczonej ilustracji. Spód klosza jest przeznaczony do umieszczenia go w podstawie znicza, a na otwór zaklada sie kapturek. Rejony chowane w podstawce i kapturku pozbawione sa wszelkiego zdobienia. Przestrzen miedzy szkielkami witraza we wszystkich odmianach wypelniona jest fuga. Fig. 1–6 przedstawiaja klosz znicza nagrobkowego wedlug odpowiedniej odmiany w widoku perspektywicznym z przodu oraz z tylu. Klosz na znicz wedlug wzoru przemyslowego posiada postac przezroczystej, szklanej pekatej wazy z grubego szkla, o okraglym przekroju poprzecznym. Ksztalt wazy zblizony jest do kuli, ewentualnie nieco splaszczonej, z tym, ze spód pojemnika jest plaskim talerzykiem o pionowych sciankach bocznych i jest przeznaczony do umieszczenia go w podstawie znicza. Otwór posiada pionowy kolnierz, na który zaklada sie kapturek. W odmianach 1–6 kolnierz otworu znicza okala dekor, który schodzi w dól z jednej strony tylko na odleglosc porównywalna z wysokoscia kolnierza, zas z drugiej strony konczy sie w rejonie klosza o najwiekszej srednicy. Dekor zawiera napis „ P A M I E T A MY„ Poza powierzchnia przykryta dekorem powierzchnia boczna klosza pokryta jest witrazem wykonanym z drobnych nieregularnych kawalków szkla. Ilustruja to fig. 1–6. Cechy istotne wzoru przemyslowego Klosz na znicz wedlug wzoru przemyslowego posiada postac przezroczystej, szklanej pekatej wazy, o okraglym przekroju poprzecznym. Charakteryzuje sie on tym, ze jego zewnetrzna powierzchnia, oprócz rejonów spodu oraz kolnierza przy otworze zdobiona jest witrazem z drobnych nieregularnych barwionych albo przydymionych szkielek i azurowym dekorem. Dekor jest umieszczony niesymetrycznie w górnej czesci klosza. Jest on jednobarwny stylizowany na „stare zloto" figura nr 1 i lub „stare srebro" figura nr 2, figura nr 3, figura nr 4, figura nr 5 i figura nr 6. Przestrzen pomiedzy szkielkami wypelniona jest fuga. We wszystkich odmianach, jest to fuga ciemna w odcieniu szarosci. Odmiana czwarta charakteryzuje sie fuga biala. Odmiana pierwsza przedstawiona na fig. 1 charakteryzuje sie ponadto tym, ze powierzchnia boczna pokryta jest witrazem w odcieniach koloru zlotego z czarnymi elementami w ksztalcie rózy i azurowym dekorem w kolorze starego zlota z napisem „ pa mi et am y„. Odmiana druga przedstawiona na fig. 2 charakteryzuje sie tym, ze powierzchnia boczna pokryta jest witrazem w odcieniach koloru bialego i dekorem w kolorze starego z srebra z napisem „ pa m i eta my„. Odmiana trzecia przedstawiona na fig. 3 charakteryzuje sie tym, ze powierzchnia boczna pokryta jest witrazem w odcieniach koloru czerwonego ze srebrnymi elementami w ksztalcie rózy, a dekor jest w kolorze starego zlota z napisem „ pa mi eta my„. The essence of the design is the characteristic form of the design object, manifested in its shape, form, surface ornamentation, and color scheme. The industrial design object is made in six varieties, differing in ornamentation, color scheme, and stained glass elements, shown in the attached illustration. List of varieties: 1) Lampshade for a grave candle with a decor and stained glass in shades of gold with black elements in the shape of a rose – fig. 1, 2) Lampshade for a grave candle with a decor and stained glass in shades of white – fig. 2, 3) Lampshade for a grave candle with a decor and stained glass in shades of red with gold elements in the shape of a rose – fig. 3, 4) Lampshade for a grave candle with a decor and stained glass in shades of silver and white with black elements in the shape of a rose – fig. 4, ) Lampshade for a grave candle with a decor and stained glass in shades of black with silver elements in the shape of a rose – fig. 5, 6) Lampshade for a grave candle with a decor and stained glass in shades of silver with black elements in the shape of a rose Rose-shaped – Fig. 6. The industrial-design grave candle shade is a transparent vase made of thick glass, covered with a stained-glass decoration, and also covered with a decoration covering approximately 1/3 of the surface containing the inscription "WE REMEMBER". The bottom of the shade is a flat plate with vertical side walls and a diameter smaller than the diameter of the shade in any other place. The opening has a vertical collar, over which a cap is placed. In varieties 1–6, the collar of the candle opening is surrounded by a decoration, which extends down on one side only to a distance comparable to the height of the collar, while on the other side it ends in the area of the largest diameter of the shade. The decoration contains the inscription "REMEMBER". Besides the surface covered with the decoration, the side surface of the shade is covered with stained glass made of small, irregular pieces of glass. This is illustrated in figures 1–6. Essential features of the industrial design The candle shade according to the industrial design has the form of a transparent, glass, polka-dotted A vase with a circular cross-section. Its outer surface, except for the bottom and the collar at the opening, is decorated with a stained glass window made of small, irregular colored or smoky glass and an openwork decoration. The decoration is placed asymmetrically in the upper part of the lampshade. It is monochromatic, stylized as "old gold" (figure no. 1) and or "old silver" (figure no. 2, figure no. 3, figure no. 4, figure no. 5, and figure no. 6). The space between the glasses is filled with grout. In all varieties, this grout is dark, in a shade of gray. The fourth variety is characterized by a white grout. The first variant shown in Fig. 1 is further characterized by the fact that the side surface is covered with stained glass in shades of gold with black elements in the shape of a rose and an openwork decoration in the color of old gold with the inscription "pa mi et am y". The second variant shown in Fig. 2 is characterized by the fact that the side surface is covered with stained glass in shades of white and an old silver decoration with the inscription "pa mi et am y". The third variant shown in Fig. 3 is characterized by the fact that the side surface is covered with stained glass in shades of red with silver elements in the shape of a rose and the decoration is in the color of old gold with the inscription "pa mi et am y".
