Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego sa meble wypoczynkowe skladajace sie z fotela taboretu, przeznaczone zwlaszcza do malych kawiarni, klubów lub jako dodatkowy mebel w domu. Istote wzoru stanowi nowa postac przedmiotu przejawiajac sie w jego ksztalcie i wlasciwosciach powierzchni. Przedmiot wzoru przedstawiono na zalaczonych rysunkach i fotografiach, na których pokazano - na rysunku na fig. 1 - fotel w widoku z przodu, na fig. 2 - fotel re- cepcyjny w widoku z boku, fig. 3 - taboret w widoku ogólnym oraz na zalaczonej fo- tografii, gdzie na fig. 4 - pokazano fotel w widoku z przodu, fig 5 do fig. 8 - fotel re- cepcyjny w widoku z boku w róznych odmianach kolorystycznych, fig. 9 - fotel w wi- doku z boku i fig. 9 a - taboret. Meble wypoczynkowe w calosci tapicerowane, skladajace sie z fotela i taboretu wedlug wzoru przemyslowego charakteryzuja sie tym, ze fotel i taboret ma formeoparta o rzut kola, jest posadowiony na rurkowatych nogach, ma okragle siedziska ze- spolone w calosc z poduchami siedziska, jak pokazano na zalaczonym rysunku fig. 1 do fig. 3 oraz fotografii fig. 4 do fig. 9a. Fotel i taboret wchodzacy w sklad mebli wypoczynkowych jest posadowiony na blyszczacych, rurkowatych nogach zakonczonych stopami w ksztalcie stozkowatych talerzyków, jak pokazano na zalaczonym rysunku fig. 1 do fig. 3 oraz fotografii fig. 4 do fig. 9a. Fotel ma oparcie w ksztalcie pólkola o równej zewnetrznej powierzchni i wy- profilowane do wewnatrz, tak, ze czesciowo zachodzi na siedzisko, jak pokazano na zalaczonym rysunku fig. 1, fig. 2 i na zalaczonej fotografii fig. 4 do fig. 9. Fotel moze wystepowac w róznych odmianach kolorystycznych, jak pokazano na zalaczonej fotografii fig. 4 do fig. 9. Fotel jest tapicerowany miekkim ciemnopopielatym poszyciem o niejednorod- nej fakturze, jak pokazano na zalaczonej fotografii fig. 4 i fig. 5 i fig. 9. Fotel jest tapicerowany miekkim ciemnobrazowym poszyciem, jak pokazano na zalaczonej fotografii fig. 6. The industrial design covers lounge furniture consisting of an armchair and stool, intended primarily for small cafés, clubs, or as additional furniture at home. The essence of the design is a new form of the object, manifested in its shape and surface properties. The subject of the design is presented in the attached drawings and photographs, which show - in the drawing in fig. 1 - the armchair in a front view, in fig. 2 - the reception armchair in a side view, fig. 3 - the stool in a general view and in the attached photograph, where in fig. 4 - the armchair in a front view, figs 5 to fig. 8 - the reception armchair in a side view in various color variants, fig. 9 - the armchair in a side view and fig. 9a - the stool. Fully upholstered lounge furniture, consisting of an armchair and a stool according to an industrial design, is characterized in that the armchair and the stool have a form based on a circular projection, are set on tubular legs, and have round seats integrated with seat cushions, as shown in the attached drawings Fig. 1 to Fig. 3 and photographs Fig. 4 to Fig. 9a. The armchair and the stool forming part of the lounge furniture are set on shiny, tubular legs terminating in feet in the shape of conical saucers, as shown in the attached drawings Fig. 1 to Fig. 3 and photographs Fig. 4 to Fig. 9a. The armchair has a semicircular backrest with a smooth outer surface and is profiled inwards so that it partially overlaps the seat, as shown in the attached drawing Fig. 1, Fig. 2 and in the attached photograph Fig. 4 to Fig. 9. The armchair can be available in different color variations, as shown in the attached photograph Fig. 4 to Fig. 9.
