Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest nózka meblowa przeznaczona do podpierania mebli, zwlaszcza pokojowych i biurowych. Nowa i oryginalna postac wzoru przejawia sie w ksztalcie elementów tworzacych nózke meblowa. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego przedstawiony jest na zalaczonych rysunkach, na których fig. 1 i 2 przedstawiaja nózke meblowa w stanie rozlozonym w widoku perspektywicznym, pokazujacym sciany boczne jej korpusu w dwóch ich widokach, fig. 3 - odmiane nózki meblowej w stanie rozlozonym w widoku perspektywicznym, fig. 4 -nózke meblowa pokazana na fig. 1 i 2 w przekroju pionowym, fig. 5 -odmiane nózki meblowej pokazanej na fig. 3 w widoku z góry, a fig. 6 - te sama odmiane nózki w przekroju pionowym. Nózka meblowa przedstawiona na fig. 1, 2 i 4 ma korpus w ksztalcie zblizonym do graniastoslupa jednostronnie wydrazonego ze scietymi czesciowo w kierunku dna dwoma sasiednimi jego scianami, a w górnej jego czesci o ksztalcie rury kwadratowej osadzona jest wkladka w ksztalcie wydrazonego nieprzelotowo graniastoslupa z zaokraglonymi krawedziami, posiadajaca z obu stron kazdego naroza podluzne karby oraz dwa otwory przelotowe usytuowane wzdluz przekatnej górnej podstawy tej wkladki, przy czym wszystkie krawedzie laczace z soba kazde dwie sciany boczne korpusu sa zaokraglone. Odmiana nózki meblowej pokazana na fig. 3, 5 i 6 ma koipus w ksztalcie zblizonym do graniastoslupa jednostronnie wydrazonego, ze scietymi calkowicie w kierunku dna dwoma scianami bocznymi, a w górnej wewnetrznej jego czesci, majacej w widoku z góiy ksztalt rury kwadratowej, na dwóch skosnych scianach korpus ten ma po kilka zeber, majacych w przekroju podluznym ksztalt trójkatów skierowanych wierzcholkami w kierunku jego dna, przy czym pomiedzy tymi zebrami i dwoma prostopadlymi scianami osadzona jest wkladka w ksztalcie wydrazonego nieprzelotowo graniastoslupa z zaokraglonymi krawedziami, posiadajaca z obu stron kazdego naroza podluzne karby oraz dwa otwory przelotowe usytuowane wzdluz przekatnej górnejpodstawy tej wkladki, przy czym wszystkie krawedzie laczace z soba kazde dwie sciany boczne korpusu sa zaokraglone. The new and original form of the design is manifested in the shape of the elements constituting the furniture leg. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the attached drawings, in which Figs. 1 and 2 depict the furniture leg in an unfolded state in a perspective view, showing the side walls of its body in two views; Fig. 3 shows a variant of the furniture leg in an unfolded state in a perspective view; Fig. 4 shows the furniture leg shown in Figs. 1 and 2 in a vertical cross-section; Fig. 5 shows a variant of the furniture leg shown in Fig. 3 in a top view; and Fig. 6 shows the same leg in a vertical cross-section. The furniture leg shown in Fig. 1, 2 and 4 has a body in the shape similar to a unilaterally hollow prism with two adjacent walls partially cut towards the bottom, and in its upper part in the shape of a square tube there is mounted an insert in the shape of a hollow, blind prism with rounded edges, having longitudinal notches on both sides of each corner and two through holes situated along the diagonal of the upper base of this insert, wherein all edges connecting each two side walls of the body are rounded. The type of furniture leg shown in fig. 3, 5 and 6 has a body in the shape similar to a unilaterally hollow prism, with two side walls completely bevelled towards the bottom, and in its upper inner part, which in a top view has the shape of a square tube, on two oblique walls this body has several ribs, having in longitudinal cross-section the shape of triangles directed with their vertices towards its bottom, and between these ribs and two perpendicular walls there is mounted an insert in the shape of a hollow, blind prism with rounded edges, having on both sides of each corner longitudinal notches and two through holes situated along the diagonal of the upper base of this insert, and all edges connecting each two side walls of the body are rounded. Essential features of the industrial design The furniture leg shown in the attached drawing Fig. 1, 2 and 4 is characterized by the following: - it has a body in the shape similar to a prism, hollow on one side, with its two adjacent walls partially cut towards the bottom, and in its upper part in the shape of a square tube, an insert in the shape of a hollow, blind prism with rounded edges is mounted, having longitudinal notches on both sides of each corner and two through holes situated along the diagonal of the upper base of this insert, wherein all edges connecting each two side walls of the body are rounded. The type of furniture leg shown in the attached drawing Fig. 3, 5 and 6 is characterized by the following: - it has a body in the shape similar to a unilaterally hollow prism, with two side walls completely beveled towards the bottom, and in its upper inner part, which in a top view has the shape of a square tube, on two oblique walls this body has several ribs, having in longitudinal cross-section the shape of triangles with their vertices directed towards its bottom, and between these ribs and two perpendicular walls there is mounted an insert in the shape of a hollow, blind prism with rounded edges, having longitudinal notches on both sides of each corner and two through holes situated along the diagonal of the upper base of this insert, all of which the edges connecting each two side walls of the body are rounded.
