Uchwyt meblowy Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest uchwyt meblowy stosowany jako wyposazenie elementów mebli. Nowa postac i oryginalny charakter wzoru przemyslowego przejawia sie w jego ksztalcie i budowie. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego jest uwidoczniony na zalaczonych lysunkach, na których fig. 1 przedstawia uchwyt meblowy w stanie zlozonym w widoku perspektywicznym, fig.2- ten sam uchwyt w stanie rozlozonym w widoku perspektywicznym, fig.3- ten sam uchwyt w widoku z przodu, a fig. 4- ten sam uchwyt w widoku z góry. Uchwyt meblowy pokazany na rysunkach fig. 1-4 posiada dwa identyczne jarzma polaczone ze soba czescia chwytowa, majaca ksztalt listwy posiadajacej w przekroju poprzecznym profil soczewki dwuwypuklej. Z kolei kazde jarzmo uchwytu meblowego stanowi bryla monolityczna utworzona z dwóch identycznych scianek o zróznicowanej ich grubosci, majacych w widoku od ich czól ksztalt zblizony do prostokata z zaokraglonym górnym jego bokiem oraz z zaokraglonymi obustronnie sciankami bocznymi z czescia plaska pomiedzy tymi zaokragleniami, które to scianki polaczone sa w dolnej czesci elementem prostokatnym, tak, ze w widoku z przodu biyla ta ma ksztalt zblizony do litery „U". The subject of the industrial design is a furniture handle used as a fixture for furniture components. The novelty and originality of the industrial design are evident in its shape and construction. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the attached drawings, in which Fig. 1 shows the furniture handle in a folded state in a perspective view, Fig. 2 shows the same handle in an unfolded state in a perspective view, Fig. 3 shows the same handle in a front view, and Fig. 4 shows the same handle in a top view. The furniture handle shown in Figs. 1-4 has two identical yokes connected by a gripping portion in the shape of a strip with a biconvex lens profile in cross-section. In turn, each yoke of the furniture handle is a monolithic body made of two identical walls of different thickness, having a shape similar to a rectangle when viewed from their fronts, with its upper side rounded and with side walls rounded on both sides, with a flat part between these roundings, which walls are connected in the lower part by a rectangular element, so that when viewed from the front, the latter has a shape similar to the letter "U". Moreover, in the thicker inner wall in its upper part there is a through hole with a biconvex lens profile, and in the opposite outer wall there is a socket with the same profile located opposite this lens hole and on its axis of symmetry, wherein both the lens hole and the lens socket have profiles adapted to the biconvex lens profile of the gripping part, the ends of which are mounted through these holes in both sockets of the yokes of the furniture handle. Essential features of the industrial design The furniture handle shown in figures 1-4 is characterized by the following: - it has two identical yokes connected to each other by a gripping part in the shape of a strip having a biconvex lens profile in cross-section; - each yoke of the furniture handle is a monolithic body made of two identical walls of different thickness, having a shape similar to a rectangle with a rounded upper side when viewed from the front and with side walls rounded on both sides with a flat part between these roundings, which walls are connected in the lower part by a rectangular element, so that when viewed from the front the body has a shape similar to the letter "U"; - in the thicker inner wall in its upper part there is a through hole with a biconvex lens profile, and in the opposite outer wall there is a socket with the same profile located opposite this lens hole and in its axis of symmetry, wherein both the lens hole and the lens socket have profiles adapted to the biconvex lens profile of the gripping part, the ends of which are mounted through these holes in both sockets of the furniture handle yokes.
