Abstract

The present invention is related to an arrangement for anchoring a self-supporting sandwich-structure fire-rated wall (1) to an overlaying support (2). The wall is supported laterally by means of support rails (3) mounted on the overlying support structure, said support rails comprising flanges (3') adaptable to a zero-clearance sliding fit against the surface of the wall. The arrangement also comprises strip-shaped hanging support elements (4) which are made flexible at least over a given area of their length and are fastened on one hand to the overlying support, and on the other hand, to the wall panel surface (1', 1'') remaining under the flange (3') of the support rail.
