Fotel Prawo z rejestracji wzoru zdobniczego trwa od dnia.04.06.2001r Przedmiotem wzoru zdobniczego jest fotel. Istote wzoru stanowi nowa postac fotela, przejawiajaca sie w ksztalcie. Przedmiot wzoru zdobniczego jest uwidoczniony na zalaczonym materiale ilustra- cyjnym, na którym fig. 1 przedstawia fotel w widoku z przodu, fig.2 - fotel w widoku z boku, a fig.3 - fotel w widoku z tylu. Fotel wedlug wzoru ma niska, prostokatna podstawe, której nózki maja ksztalt zblizony do wycinków pierscienia, wypuklosciami skierowanymi na zewnatrz, przy czym nózki przednie sa wyzsze od tylnych. Na podstawie znajduje sie prostokatna, pe- kata poducha siedzenia o zaokraglonych narozach. Z tylnej czesci poduchy siedzenia wychodza dwa pionowe elementy walcowe, na których nasadzone jest kolnierzowe opa- rcie, posiadajace od wewnatrz stozkowata powierzchnie. Ramiona kolnierzowego opa- rcia stanowia podlokietniki, które od frontu maja zarys eliptyczny, zas w widoku z boku maja zarys trapezowy. Kolnierzowe oparcie w widoku z tylu ma zarys w ksztalcie tra-pezu równoramiennego. Na tylnej czesci oparcia znajduje sie pekata poducha o zarysie w ksztalcie trapezu równoramiennego, która wystaje ponad kolnierzowe oparcie. PL PL PLArmchair. The right of registration for the ornamental design is valid from 4 June 2001. The subject of the ornamental design is an armchair. The essence of the design is a new form of the armchair, manifested in its shape. The subject of the ornamental design is shown in the attached illustration, in which Fig. 1 shows the armchair from the front, Fig. 2 - the armchair from the side, and Fig. 3 - the armchair from the back. The armchair, according to the design, has a low, rectangular base, the legs of which are shaped similarly to segments of a ring, with the convexities pointing outward, with the front legs being higher than the rear ones. The base features a rectangular, puffy seat cushion with rounded corners. From the rear of the seat cushion extend two vertical cylindrical elements, upon which sits a collared backrest with a conical interior surface. The arms of the collared backrest constitute the armrests, which are elliptical in shape from the front and trapezoidal in shape from the side. The collared backrest, viewed from the rear, has an isosceles trapezoid shape. On the rear of the backrest is a bulging cushion with an isosceles trapezoid shape, which protrudes above the collared backrest. PL PL PL

Protective claim An armchair, characterized in that it has a low, rectangular base, the legs of which have a shape similar to segments of a ring, with convexities directed outwards, the front legs being higher than the rear ones, and on the base there is a rectangular, bulging seat cushion with rounded corners, having in the rear part two vertical cylindrical elements, on which a collared backrest with a conical inner surface is mounted, and the arms of the collared backrest constitute armrests, which in a front view have an elliptical outline, and in a side view have a trapezoidal outline, while the collared backrest in a rear view has an isosceles trapezoid outline, furthermore, on the rear part of the backrest there is a bulging cushion with an isosceles trapezoid outline, which protrudes above the flanged backrest, as shown in the attached illustration: fig.
