Abstract

Przedmiotem wynalazku jest sposób otrzymywania celulozy bakteryjnej w formie błon, sposób immobilizowania bakterii <I>Bacillus subtilis<D> syntetyzujących proteinazę, sposób otrzymywania immobilizowanych biokatalizatorów, zastosowanie celulozy bakteryjnej wytworzonej w hodowli stacjonarnej szczepu <I>Acetobacter xylinum<D> jako materiału opatrunkowego, zastosowanie celulozy bakteryjnej do otrzymywania biokatalizatorów, sposób modyfikacji błon celulozowych w celu otrzymania celulozowych materiałów opatrunkowych. Ogólnie wynalazek dotyczy syntetyzowania celulozy, z której w warunkach stacjonarnych, na powierzchni ciekłej pożywki formuje się galaretowata, sprężysta błona, zastosowania celulozy bakteryjnej jako nośnika do otrzymywania immobilizowanych biokatalizatorów oraz sposobu zastosowania celulozy bakteryjnej jako materiału opatrunkowego w postaci membran celulozowych o dowolnych rozmiarach i formie.
