Na powierzchni górnej w poblizu obrzeza znajduje sie wystajacy cokól z nieprzelotowym otworem walcowym, którego denko ma otwór przelotowy o ksztalcie barylkowatym oraz dwa nieprzelotowe otwory okragle rozmieszczone po obu stronach cokolu w poblizu obrzeza. Na powierzchni górnej w czesci srodkowej znajduje sie wglebienie w ksztalcie waskiego korytka z lekko zbieznymi scianami bocznymi i zaokraglonymi narozami oraz przelotowy otwór prostokatny za sciankami bocznymi rozmieszczonymi wzdluz dluzszych boków i waskimi wystepami prostokatnymi rozmieszczonymi parami na tych bokach, przy czym przelotowy otwór prostokatny rozmieszczony jest pomiedzy wglebieniem a cokolem. Na powierzchni górnej pomiedzy wglebieniem a obrzezami znajduje sie wybranie w ksztalcie wycinka kola z zaokraglonymi narozami, przy czym scianka boczna stanowiaca cieciwe jest lekko zbiezna ku dolowi, natomiast sciana boczna lukowa jest wklesla.Na powierzchni bocznej podstawy od strony cokolu znajduje sie otwarte wyciecie prostokatne zaokraglone u góry. The subject of the ornamental design is a base for portable lighting lamps, intended particularly for mounting a bracket or the arms of floor lamps. The essence of the ornamental design is a new form of the base, manifested in its shape. The subject of the ornamental design is shown in the drawing, in which Fig. 1 and Fig. 1a show the base in perspective view, Fig. 2 shows the base in top view, and Fig. 3 shows the base in cross-section along line A-A in Fig. 2. The base for portable lighting lamps, according to the design, has the shape of a flattened truncated cone with a slightly convex upper surface and a recess at the bottom. On the upper surface near the rim, there is a protruding plinth with a blind cylindrical hole, the bottom of which has a barrel-shaped through hole and two blind circular holes arranged on either side of the plinth near the rim. On the upper surface, in the central part, there is a recess in the shape of a narrow trough with slightly tapered side walls and rounded corners, and a through rectangular hole behind the side walls arranged along the longer sides and narrow rectangular projections arranged in pairs on these sides, the through rectangular hole being arranged between the recess and the plinth. On the upper surface, between the recess and the edges, there is a recess in the shape of a circular sector with rounded corners, with the side wall constituting the chord slightly tapering downwards, while the side wall of the arch is concave. On the side surface of the base, on the side of the plinth, there is an open rectangular recess, rounded at the top. PL PL PL
