Zespół wentylatora do układów klimatyzacji w pojazdach zawiera obudowę podpierającą (12) wykonaną z pierwszego wtryskowo zaformowanego sztucznego tworzywa, posiadającą obsadę (14), w której jest umieszczony silnik elektryczny (32) utrzymujący wentylator (38). W zespole występuje przynajmniej jeden element podpierający (50) i/lub element uszczelniający (46) i/lub element mocujący (52) utworzone przez nadwtryskiwanie drugiego materiału bardziej miękkiego niż wspomniany pierwszy materiał na przynajmniej części wspomnianej obsady (14).
