Abstract
Przedmiotem wynalazku jest peptyd zdolny do wiązania się z cząsteczką MHC klasy I i II bez dalszego przekształcania (to znaczy apitop), który zawiera część regionu (131-158) zasadowego białka mieliny, zwłaszcza dostarcza apitop, który jest wybrany z grupy następujących zasadowych peptydów mieliny:(134-148, 135-149, 136-150, 137-151, 138-152, 139-153, 140-154). Przedmiotem wynalazku jest również zastosowanie takiego peptydu w kompozycji farmaceutycznej i także sposób leczenia i/lub zapobiegania chorobie stosując taki peptyd.
