Abstract
Sposób wytwarzania pochodnych 3-(dialkiloamino)-1-(heteroarylo)-prop-2-en-1-onu przedstawionych wzorem ogólnym 1, w którym R1 oznacza nie podstawiony lub podstawiony pięcio- lub sześcioczłonowy pierścień heterocykliczny wybrany z grupy obejmującej pirydyny, tiofeny i furany; a R2 oznacza C1-C3 alkil, polega na tym, że związek aryloacylowy poddaje się reakcji z acetalem dialkilowym N,N-dialkiloformamidu, usuwając powstający w trakcie reakcji C1-C3 alkanol. Pochodne 3-(dialkiloamino)-1-(heteroarylo)-prop-2-en-1-onu stanowią cenne związki wyjściowe w syntezie substancji biologicznie aktywnych.
