Abstract

Przedmiotem wynalazku jest sposób wytwarzania elementu chłodzącego stosowanego w konstrukcji pieca wykorzystywanego w procesach metalurgicznych, takiego jak płomieniowy piec do wytapiania, wielki piec, piec elektryczny lub inne piece metalurgiczne , przy czym element chłodzący posiada jednoczęściową, miedzianą obudowę, w której to obudowie wykonany jest układ kanałów tworzący układ obiegu medium chłodzącego, a poza tym elementy wykładzinowe wykonane z materiału ogniotrwałego, przy czym obudowa i element wykładzinowy zawiera środki służące do ich wzajemnego połączenia, w którym element wykładzinowy (4) i obudowa (2) tak się łączy, że element wykładzinowy może przemieszczać się w kierunku pionowym względem obudowy (2). Przedmiotem wynalazku jest również element chłodzący.
