Abstract

Podczas układania przedmiotów (10) w warstwach (8) na paletach (12), często są stosowane warstwy pośrednie (2) z papieru /tektury/ folii, w celu uniknięcia utraty przedmiotów podczas transportu. Chociaż jednak warstwy pośrednie zapewniają w dużym stopniu, że przedmioty nie spadną z palety, nie można całkowicie zapobiec upadkowi niektórych przedmiotów, ponieważ przedmioty przesuwają się po warstwach pośrednich. Znane są specjalne warstwy pośrednie (2), mające powierzchnie pokryta powłoka przeciwpoślizgowa (28), która silnie przeciwdziała niepożądanemu przesuwaniu się przedmiotów w warstwach (8), ułożonych na palecie. Jednakże układanie warstw pośrednich z powłokami przeciwpoślizgowymi stanowi problem, gdyż poszczególne warstwy pośrednie przywierała jedna do drugiej, kiedy ich powierzchnie są pokryte powłoka przeciwpoślizgowa. Zatem dostarczony jest sposób i dozownik arkuszy, dzięki którym warstwy pośrednie (2) są sukcesywnie dostarczane i warstwy (2) są pokrywane powłoka przeciwpoślizgowa podczas dostarczania.
