Nowosc i oryginalnosc plastra z wkladka metaliczna i usuwalna nieprzezroczysta warstwa przejawia sie w ksztal- cie. Plaster stosowany jest w celach leczniczych poprzez przylepianie plastra tak aby wkladka metaliczna miala kontakt z powierzchnia skóry pacjenta. Poniewaz material plastra jest materialem elastycznym, przezroczystym lub pólprzezroczystym daje to mozliwosc obserwacji metalicznej wkladki, w szczegól- nosci miedzianej lub ze stopu miedzi, po umieszczeniu plastrana powierzchni skóry po usunieciu nieprzezroczystej warstwy, która moze byc jednolitego koloru lub wielokolorowa, a takze moze zawierac rózne wzory. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego jest uwidoczniony na zalaczonym rysunku, na którym fig.l przedstawia plaster z wkladka metaliczna i usuwalna nieprzezroczysta warstwa w widoku perspektywicznym, fig.2- plaster w widoku z góry, fig.3- plaster w widoku z boku, fig.4- plaster w widoku z do- lu. The novelty and originality of the patch with a metallic insert and a removable opaque layer is demonstrated by its shape. The patch is used for therapeutic purposes by adhering the patch so that the metallic insert is in contact with the patient's skin surface. Because the patch material is flexible, transparent, or translucent, it allows for the observation of the metallic insert, particularly copper or a copper alloy, after the patch is placed on the skin surface after removing the opaque layer, which may be solid or multicolored and may also contain various patterns. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the attached drawing, in which Fig. 1 shows a plaster with a metallic insert and a removable opaque layer in a perspective view, Fig. 2 - a plaster in a top view, Fig. 3 - a plaster in a side view, Fig. 4 - a plaster in a bottom view. The plaster with a metallic insert and a removable opaque layer according to the industrial design has the following essential features: the plaster has an oval outline, and on the lower wall of the plaster there is an oval metallic insert, the thickness of which is approximately half of the thickness of the plaster, the plaster is semi-transparent or transparent, and the removable opaque layer is on the upper wall of the plaster and has an oval outline, as shown in the attached drawing, Fig. 1 to Fig. 4.FIG. 1 FIG. 2 FIG. 3 FIG. 4 PL PL
