Nowosc i oryginalnosc plastra z wkladka metaliczna przejawia sie w ksztalcie. Plaster z wkladka metaliczna sto- sowany jest w celach leczniczych poprzez przylepianie plastra tak aby wkladka metaliczna miala kontakt z powierzchnia skóry pacjenta. Poniewaz material plastra jest materialem elastycz- nym, przezroczystym lub pólprzezroczystym daje to mozliwosc obserwacji metalicznej wkladki, w szczególnosci miedzianej lub ze stopu miedzi, po umieszczeniu plastra na powierzchni skóry.Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego jest uwidoczniony na zalaczonym rysunku, na którym fig.l przedstawia plaster z wkladka metaliczna w widoku perspektywicznym, fig.2- plas- ter w widoku z góry, fig.3- plaster w widoku z boku, a fig.4- plaster w widoku z dolu. Plaster z wkladka metaliczna wedlug wzoru przemys- lowego, posiada nastepujace cechy istotne: plaster ma zarys owalu, a na scianie dolnej plastra znajduje sie owalna wklad- ka metaliczna, której grubosc stanowi w przyblizeniu polowe grubosci plastra, przy czym plaster jest pólprzezroczysty lub przezroczysty, jak przedstawiono na zalaczonym rysunku, fig.l do 4.FIG . 1 FIG. 2FIG. 3 FIG. 4 PL PL3/Leigh Ann RONDANO 4/Michael HARDY The design registration right is valid from: 6 May 2002 Priority: 6 November 2001 (United States of America) The subject of the industrial design is a patch with a metallic insert. The novelty and originality of the patch with a metallic insert is manifested in its shape. The patch with a metallic insert is used for therapeutic purposes by adhering the patch so that the metallic insert is in contact with the patient's skin surface. Since the plaster material is a flexible, transparent or semi-transparent material, it is possible to observe the metallic insert, in particular made of copper or a copper alloy, after the plaster is placed on the skin surface. The subject matter of the industrial design is shown in the attached drawing, in which fig. 1 shows a plaster with a metallic insert in a perspective view, fig. 2 shows the plaster in a top view, fig. 3 shows the plaster in a side view, and fig. 4 shows the plaster in a bottom view. The plaster with a metallic insert according to the industrial design has the following essential features: the plaster has an oval outline, and on the lower wall of the plaster there is an oval metallic insert, the thickness of which is approximately half the thickness of the plaster, the plaster being semi-transparent or transparent, as shown in the attached drawing, figs. 1 to 4.FIG. 1 FIG. 2FIG. 3 FIG. 4 PL PL
