Abstract
Sposób nawęglania kąpieli metalowej, polegający na nawęglaniu kąpieli metalowej materiałem węglistym i topieniu wsadu z intensyfikacją tlenem gazowym według patentu nr 194453 (zgłoszenia nr P.349691), realizuje się tak, że jako nawęglacz stosuje się niepełnowartościowy półprodukt z produkcji opon w postaci bloku zbitej masy kompozytu gumowo-stalowego, który umieszcza się w koszu wsadowym na warstwę złomu lekkiego, po czym kosz napełnia się złomem i ładuje do pieca z pozostawionym w nim jeziorkiem ciekłego metalu z poprzedniego wytopu, korzystnie o temperaturze 1450°C do 1650°C, a następnie całość poddaje się procesowi topienia, korzystnie z intensyfikacją tlenem gazowym.The method of carburizing a metal bath, consisting in carburizing the metal bath with carbonaceous material and melting the charge with intensification with gaseous oxygen according to patent No. 194453 (application no. P.349691), is carried out in such a way that an inferior semi-finished product from tire production in the form of a block of compact mass is used as a carburizer rubber-steel composite, which is placed in a charging basket for the light scrap layer, then the basket is filled with scrap and loaded into a furnace with a pool of liquid metal from the previous melt left in it, preferably at a temperature of 1450°C to 1650°C, and then the whole is subjected to a melting process, preferably with intensification with gaseous oxygen.
