Preparat farmaceutyczny do leczenia zakażenia wirusem herpes simplex, w którym składnik aktywny stanowi zawiesina nanocząstek srebra o wielkości od 1 do 100 nm w wodnym roztworze zawierającym mieszaninę dopuszczalnych farmaceutycznie anionów co najmniej jednej soli kwasu organicznego i/lub anionów co najmniej jednej soli kwasu nieorganicznego, przy czym udział nanocząstek srebra w preparacie wynosi od 0,005 do 5% wag., udział roztworu wynosi od 0,005 do 5% obj., a udział nośnika od 95 do 99,995% obj.. Wynalazek dotyczy także zastosowania preparatu do wytwarzania leku do zapobiegania i leczenia zakażenia wirusem herpes simplex.Pharmaceutical preparation for the treatment of herpes simplex virus infection, in which the active ingredient is a suspension of silver nanoparticles with a size of 1 to 100 nm in an aqueous solution containing a mixture of pharmaceutically acceptable anions of at least one salt of an organic acid and/or anions of at least one salt of an inorganic acid, with wherein the proportion of silver nanoparticles in the preparation is from 0.005 to 5% by weight, the proportion of the solution is from 0.005 to 5% by volume, and the proportion of the carrier is from 95 to 99.995% by volume. The invention also relates to the use of the preparation for the manufacture of a medicament for the prevention and treatment of infection herpes simplex virus.
