Abstract

Otrzymany selektant przechowuje sie na podlozu stalym o skladzie: distearynian glikolu polietylenowego, agar, brzeczka piwowarska, w temperaturze 4°C.The method of obtaining an insoluble Mucor racemosus lipase preparation catalyzing the hydrolysis of oligolipids is based on cultivating the Mucor racemosus A33 / PPDGP mold selector, the spores of which are grown on a solid base containing agar, brewing broth and, moreover, polyethylene glycol distearate. The cultures of the selectant inoculum are run in a liquid medium containing olive oil or oil, corn soak, tap water and polyethylene glycol distearate. The production of the selector is carried out on a liquid base containing olive oil or oil, corn soak and tap water, inoculated with the inoculum while mixing the fermenter with a stirrer, to which the porous carrier of the grown selector in the form of rectangular rectangular plates is attached, and polyurethane foams obtained as a result of growing foam flakes with overexposed biomass of Mucor racemosus A33 / PPDGP, they are separated from the culture liquid, washed with distilled water, dehydrated with cooled acetone, extracted with petroleum ether and dried at room temperature or washed with distilled water, freezing, lyophilizing, washing with acetone, petroleum ether and dried at room temperature. The Mucor racemosus A33 / PPDGP mildew selectant is obtained from the Mucor racemosus A33 mildew strain, which is activated on a solid medium composed of: polyethylene glycol distearate, agar, brewing wort. Then the colonies grew on a solid support are selected by shaking on a liquid support composed of: polyethylene glycol distearate, olive oil or oil, corn soak, tap water, and the procedure for activating and selecting Mucor racemosus is repeated three times. The resulting selector is stored on a solid base composed of: polyethylene glycol distearate, agar, brewing wort, at 4 ° C.
