Abstract

Przedmiotem wynalazku jest układ uszczelnień pionowych zwijanej bramy segmentowej, stosowanej głównie w budynkach przemysłowych oraz obiektach użyteczności publicznej, w których jest wymagana dymoszczelność zamykanych przejść. Układ uszczelnień pionowych ma zastosowanie w zwijanej bramie segmentowej, której płyta jest zbudowana z równolegle rozmieszczonych oraz przegubowo połączonych, płaskich segmentów. Płyta (1) jest nawijana warstwowo na obrotowy, poziomo rozpostarty wał (3). Boczne obrzeża (4) segmentów płyty (1) są umieszczone przesuwnie w pionowych prowadnicach szynowych (5) o zarysie zbliżonym do litery C. Prowadnice (5) są zamocowane po bokach bramy i obejmują płytę (1) z dwóch stron. Układ pionowych uszczelnień bramy składa się z dwóch uszczelnień (6) i (7) w postaci pionowo ukierunkowanych, zasadniczo sprężystych uszczelek (8), z gumy. Obie uszczelki (8) przylegają do powierzchni płyty (1). We wnętrzu każdej z bocznych, pionowych prowadnic (5) jest utworzone jedno z uszczelnień (6), zaś drugie uszczelnienie (7) znajduje się poza obrębem prowadnic (5).
