Przedmiotem wynalazku jest zastosowanie preparatu probiotycznego, zawierajacego szczepy bakterii Lactobacillus casei/paracasei LOCK 0920, Lactobacillus brevis LOCK 0944 i Lactobacillus plantarum LOCK 0945, a nadto drozdze Sacccharomyces cerevisiae LOCK 0140, ekstrakt z rosliny Yucca Schidigera oraz drozdze paszowe, do inaktywacji ochratoksyny A w paszy kurczat. Ochratoksyna A (OTA) jest typowym przedstawicielem mikotoksyn, tworzonych w trakcie niewlasciwego przechowywania ziarna zbóz. Zastosowanie preparatu probiotycznego o powyzszym skladzie do inaktywacji ochratoksyny A w paszy powoduje ograniczenie stosowania nieorganicznych adsorbentów, dodawanych w znacznych ilosciach do pasz skazonych ochratoksyna A, wplywajacych ujemnie zarówno na biodostepnosc mikroelementów i witamin zawartych w mieszankach paszowych, jak i na srodowisko poprzez zwiekszenia zawartosci metali (glównie glinu) w odchodach.The subject of the invention is the use of a probiotic preparation containing strains of the bacteria Lactobacillus casei / paracasei LOCK 0920, Lactobacillus brevis LOCK 0944 and Lactobacillus plantarum LOCK 0945, and also yeast Sacccharomyces cerevisiae LOCK 0140, Yucca Vase extract chickens. Ochratoxin A (OTA) is a typical representative of mycotoxins created during improper cereal grain storage. The use of a probiotic preparation with the above composition for inactivation of ochratoxin A in feed reduces the use of inorganic adsorbents, added in significant quantities to feeds infected with ochratoxin A, negatively affecting both the bioavailability of microelements and vitamins contained in compound feed, and the environment by increasing the content of metals ( mainly aluminum) in the excrement.
