Abstract
Przedmiotem wynalazku jest zastosowanie preparatu probiotycznego, zawierajacego szczepy bakterii Lactobacillus casei/paracasei LOCK 0920, Lactobacillus brevis LOCK 0944 i Lactobacillus plantarum LOCK 0945, a nadto drozdze Sacccharomyces cerevisiae LOCK 0140, ekstrakt z rosliny Yucca Schidigera oraz drozdze paszowe, do inaktywacji ochratoksyny A w paszy kurczat. Ochratoksyna A (OTA) jest typowym przedstawicielem mikotoksyn, tworzonych w trakcie niewlasciwego przechowywania ziarna zbóz. Zastosowanie preparatu probiotycznego o powyzszym skladzie do inaktywacji ochratoksyny A w paszy powoduje ograniczenie stosowania nieorganicznych adsorbentów, dodawanych w znacznych ilosciach do pasz skazonych ochratoksyna A, wplywajacych ujemnie zarówno na biodostepnosc mikroelementów i witamin zawartych w mieszankach paszowych, jak i na srodowisko poprzez zwiekszenia zawartosci metali (glównie glinu) w odchodach.
