Abstract
Wynalazek rozwiązuje problem otrzymywania kompozytów silikonowych ulegających ceramizacji w czasie pożaru co wiąże się z wytworzeniem ognioodpornych kabli energetycznych. Sposób według wynalazku polega na tym, że do napełnionej krzemionką fazy polimerowej ze zdyspergowaną aktywną fazą mineralną dodaje się temperaturze 120°C ± 10°C proszek diatomitowy, korzystnie o uziarnieniu od 0,2-10 µm z zaadsorbowanym prekursorem krzemionki, korzystnie tetraetoksysilanem, przy czym wprowadza się od 3 do 25 części wagowych prekursora krzemionki na 100 części wagowych pudru diatomitowego. Wskutek hydrolitycznego rozpadu prekursora krzemionki powstaje "in situ" na powierzchni cząstek diatomitu nanokrzemionka. W końcowym etapie dodaje się wodorotlenek glinu w ilości od 5-35 części wagowych i dwutlenek tytanu w ilości od 0,5-3 części wagowych na 100 części wagowych matrycy polimerowej, a kompozyt sieciuje się.
