Sposób ogrzewania budynków lub budowli polega na tym, ze w elementach konstrukcyjnych budynku lub budowli umieszcza sie grzejnik modulowy. Grzejnik modulowy zawiera modul grzewczy (4), zawierajacy rurowy przewód lub elektryczny przewód grzejny, zakonczone doprowadzeniem (5) i odprowadzeniem (6), oraz zawiera modul konstrukcyjny (1) o ksztalcie wieloscianu, którego przynajmniej jedna sciana jest ustawiona pod katem prostym do plaszczyzny sciany zewnetrznej (2) modulu konstrukcyjnego (1). Modul grzewczy (4) umieszczony jest w module konstrukcyjnym (1), korzystnie na glebokosci jednej trzeciej grubosci przekroju poprzecznego modulu konstrukcyjnego, od strony powierzchni wypromieniowania ciepla (3). Modul konstrukcyjny (1) ma powierzchnie wypromieniowania ciepla (3) w postaci wnek lub wypustów.The way of heating buildings or structures is to place a modular heater in the structural elements of the building or structure.
