Przedmiotem wynalazku jest zastosowanie termotopliwych i termoplastycznych żywic silikonowych o uziarnieniu poniżej 15 µm do wytwarzania ceramizujących kompozytów silikonowych na osłony przewodów elektrycznych, zastępujących w kompozycie od 3 do 25 części wagowych aktywnej ceramicznie fazy mineralno-nieorganicznej, ulegających ceramizacji w czasie pożaru.
