Abstract

Przedmiotem wynalazku jest kompozycja do powlekania celulozowego materialu opakowaniowego, która zawiera materialy biodegradowalne takie jak skrobia, gliceryna i charakteryzuje sie tym, ze jest mieszanina dwukomponentowa. Pierwszy komponent stanowi mieszanina skrobi, zelatyny i gliceryny lub mieszaniny gliceryny i sorbitolu, zas drugi komponent stanowi mieszanina komponentów bialkowych, poroforów i ewentualnie skrobi. Ilosc poszczególnych skladników w komponentach jest taka, aby po rozpuszczeniu w wodzie obydwu komponentów otrzymac kompozycje o stezeniu skrobi w zakresie 10-17% wagowych, zelatyny w zakresie 10-12% wagowych, gliceryny lub mieszaniny gliceryny i sorbitolu w zakresie 5-11% wagowych, komponentów bialkowych w zakresie 5-10% wagowych poroforów w zakresie 3-5,5% wagowych. Wynalazek dotyczy takze sposobu otrzymywania kompozycji do powlekania celulozowego materialu opakowaniowego, który polega na mieszaniu materialów biodegradowalnych takich jak skrobia, gliceryna, poddawaniu ich obróbce termicznej i charakteryzuje sie tym, ze dysperguje sie w wodzie zelatyne, gliceryne lub mieszanine gliceryny i sorbitolu oraz skrobie stosujac mieszadlo mechaniczne, po czym mieszanine podgrzewa sie do temperatury w zakresie 50-100°C do uzyskania jednorodnej konsystencji. Nastepnie mieszanine schladza sie ja do temperatury w zakresie od 35 do 40°C ciagle mieszajac, po czym dodaje sie komponenty bialkowe i porofory. Przedmiotem wynalazku jest równiez termoizolacyjny material opakowaniowy, zwlaszcza do produktów spozywczych, który zawiera material celulozowy powleczony warstwa powloki spienialnej i charakteryzuje sie tym, ze ma co najmniej jedna warstwe powloki spienialnej otrzymywanej z powyzszej kompozycji nalozona na material celulozowy oraz sposób otrzymywania termoizolacyjnego materialu zawierajacego warstwa powloki spienialnej polegajacy na powlekaniu materialu celulozowego powloka z materialów biodegradowalnych, suszeniu i spienianiu, który charakteryzuje sie tym, ze naklada sie jednostronnie co najmniej jedna warstwe kompozycji otrzymanej sposobem opisanym powyzej na material celulozowy. Material wstepnie suszy sie i poddaje spienianiu z zastosowaniem znanych metod grzewczych gwarantujacych równomierne ogrzewanie.
