Sposób polega na tym, ze uboczne produkty pochodzenia zwierzecego spala sie w temperaturze od 850 do 1200°C do uzyskania popiolu hydroksyapatytowego o skladzie P2O5 w ilosci od 39 do 42% mas., CaO w ilosci od 47 do 55% mas., F w ilosci od 0,002 do 0,2% mas., As w ilosci od 0,025 do 1,01% mg/kg, Cd w ilosci od 0,1 do 6,5 mg/kg, Hg w ilosci od 0,002 do 0,02 mg/kg, Pb w ilosci od 0,5 do 4 mg/kg. Otrzymany popiól rozdrabnia sie do uziarnienia ponizej 1 mm, po czym rozklada sie go kwasem fosforowym o stezeniu od 30 do 62% mas. P2O5 lub kwasem siarkowym o stezeniu od 50 do 76% mas., lub ich dowolna mieszanina w czasie mieszania od 10 do 120 min przy temperaturze reakcji powyzej 50°C. Otrzymany pólprodukt przetrzymuje sie do 60 dni, w którym to czasie dojrzewa, a nastepnie miesza sie go w ilosci od 10 do 78% mas. z dodaniem komponentów nawozowych: azotowych w postaci siarczanu amonu lub mocznika w lacznej ilosci od 0 do 60% mas., potasowych w postaci siarczanu potasu lub soli potasowej w lacznej ilosci od 0 do 60% mas., lub magnezowych w postaci siarczanu magnezu lub magnezytu mielonego lub dolomitu lub tlenku magnezu w lacznej ilosci od 0 do 50% mas., oraz mikroelementów w postaci siarczanów lub chlorków miedzi lub cynku lub zelaza lub manganu lub kwasu borowego lub boraksu lub molibdenianu amonu lub molibdenianu sodu w lacznej ilosci od 0 do 36% mas., w zaleznosci od rodzaju upraw i zalozonych skladów nawozów z podzialem na nawóz azotowo -fosforowo - potasowy, fosforowo - potasowy albo fosforowy.
