Abstract
Przedmiotem wynalazku jest kompozycja poliestrowa ograniczonej palności, która stanowi mieszaninę zdolnego do kopolimeryzacji wolnorodnikowej poliestru nienasyconego monomeru sieciującego, modyfikatora ograniczającego palność i środków pomocniczych, przy czym jako modyfikator ograniczający palność zawiera bezhalogenową, działającą synergicznie, wieloskładnikową mieszaninę zawierającą sól melaminy w postaci polifosforanu melaminy i/lub cyjanuranu melaminy i/lub boranu melaminy i/lub szczawianu melaminy i nanonapełniacz w postaci syntetycznej krzemionki strącanej i/lub montmorylonitu i/lub grafitu w ilości 5,0-40,0 części wagowych na 100 części wagowych nienasyconej żywicy poliestrowej.The subject of the invention is a flame-retardant polyester composition, which is a mixture of an unsaturated polyester cross-linking monomer capable of free radical copolymerization, a flame-retardant modifier and auxiliary agents, and as a flame-retardant modifier it contains a halogen-free, synergistically acting, multi-component mixture containing a melamine salt in the form of melamine polyphosphate and/or or melamine cyanurate and/or melamine borate and/or melamine oxalate and a nanofiller in the form of synthetic precipitated silica and/or montmorillonite and/or graphite in an amount of 5.0-40.0 parts by weight per 100 parts by weight of unsaturated polyester resin.
