Sposób badania diagnostycznego silnika indukcyjnego, zwlaszcza jego lozysk polegajacy na pomiarze pradu zasilajacego który uzyskuje sie ze zródla zasilania (ZAS) zainstalowanego w ukladzie pomiaru pradu (UP), charakteryzuje sie tym, ze prad zasilajacy silnik indukcyjny (M) przeksztalca sie na napiecie przy pomocy rezystora pomiarowego (RB) o wartosci rezystancji wynoszacej od 1 ?? do 10 ?. Napiecie na rezystorze pomiarowym (RB) izoluje sie galwanicznie poprzez transformator (TR) o przekladni napieciowej wynoszacej od 0,001 do 10000, po czym napiecie na wyjsciu transformatora (TR) wzmacnia sie przy pomocy wzmacniacza napieciowego (WZN) o rezystancji wejsciowej (RIN) wynoszacej od 0,1 ? do 500 G? i wzmocnieniu napieciowym (KU) wynoszacym od -100 dBu do +100 dBu. Wzmocnione napiecie przeksztalca sie na postac cyfrowa przez przetwornik analogowo cyfrowy (AC) i analizuje w maszynie cyfrowej (MC). Uklad do badan diagnostycznych silnika indukcyjnego, zwlaszcza jego lozysk charakteryzuje sie tym, ze uklad do pomiaru pradu (UP) sklada sie z rezystora pomiarowego (RB) polaczonego z transformatorem (TR), który z kolei polaczony jest ze wzmacniaczem napieciowym (WZN) zawierajacym rezystancje wejsciowa (RIN) i wzmocnienie napieciowe (KU). The method of diagnostic testing of an induction motor, especially its bearing consisting of measuring the supply current that is obtained from the power source (ZAS) installed in the current measurement system (UP), is characterized by the fact that the current supplying the induction motor (M) is transformed into voltage by measuring resistor (RB) with a resistance value of 1 ?? up to 10 ?. The voltage at the measuring resistor (RB) is galvanically insulated through a transformer (TR) with a voltage ratio of 0.001 to 10000, after which the voltage at the transformer output (TR) is amplified by means of a voltage amplifier (WZN) with an input resistance (RIN) of 0.1? up to 500 G? and voltage gain (KU) from -100 dBu to +100 dBu. The amplified voltage is converted to digital by an analog-to-digital (AC) converter and analyzed in a digital machine (MC). The system for diagnostic tests of an induction motor, especially its bearing is characterized by the fact that the current measuring system (UP) consists of a measuring resistor (RB) connected to a transformer (TR), which in turn is connected to a voltage amplifier (WZN) containing resistance input (RIN) and voltage gain (KU).
