Abstract

The method consists in compiling the required chemical composition with simultaneous real-time measurement of quantity and humidity. Ingredients humidity measurements are made on the material layer gravitatively falling from the end drum of the collecting conveyor (P), using two sensors (C) for continuous, non-contact on-line measurement. Sensors (C) are directed axes of radiation on the upper and lower surface of the falling layer, respectively, and are shifted along the layer so that their radiation zones do not overlap. Based on the obtained data, the total amount of water adsorbed in the components and the necessary amount of mixing water are determined in the programmed computer of the control system to obtain the required water-cement ratio.
