Description

The subject of the invention is a method of industrial production of a concrete mix in an automated concrete factory, a mix with the exact water-cement ratio required for a given recipe.

The basic parameter of the properties of concrete as a material for loaded building structures is strength, depending on the obtained microstructure of hydration products, porosity of the hardened grout, and mainly on the actual water-cement ratio present in it. The amount of water in the cement slurry is the sum of the amount of water adsorbed in the aggregate and the mixing water added during the mixing process. In most cases, the aggregate is stored in an open space, subjected to a wide variety of atmospheric conditions, amounts of rainfall and temperatures. These conditions significantly affect the amount of water absorbed in the pores of aggregate and surface water. In general, it can be stated that high strength is demonstrated by concretes with a low water-cement mass ratio in the range of w / c = 0.22 to 0.25, and with the use of special production and forming conditions, even reduced to about 0.15. Accurate on-line measurement of the amount of water contained in the aggregate and on this basis determining the required amount of mixing water determines the quality of concrete and is the basic technical problem for this technology.

Znany jest zautomatyzowany sposób produkcji mieszanek betonowych przedstawiony w rozdziale 10.3 „Techniki regulacji ilości wody zarobowej w betonie”, skryptu autorstwa dr hab. inż. There is an automated method for the production of concrete mixes presented in chapter 10.3 "Techniques for adjusting the amount of mixing water in concrete", a script written by dr hab. Eng. Józefa Jasiczak, "Building Technologies II", Wyd. Politechniki Poznańskiej, Poznań 2003. The described method consists in compiling the required chemical composition by consecutive weighing on the bulk conveyor of basic loose ingredients according to the mixture recipe, with simultaneous real-time measurement of the moisture of each of the dosed ingredients, especially aggregate. The obtained information is directed to the control system supported by a software computer, which, on the basis of the recipe and the measured amount of water adsorbed in the components, calculates and controls the dosing of the appropriate amount of mixing water, which determines the required water-cement ratio. On-line humidity measurements are made with potentiometric sensors installed near the bottom of each tank.

The essence of the method for producing a concrete mix according to the present invention consists in the fact that the measurements of the moisture of the components are carried out by means of two sensors for continuous, non-contact on-line measurement, on the material layer falling by gravity from the final drum of the collecting conveyor. The sensors are directed with the radiation axes on the upper and lower surfaces of the falling layer, respectively, they are shifted along the layer so that their radiation zones do not overlap. Measurement of material moisture from the top and bottom surface of the falling layer on the transfer allows to increase the accuracy of the measurement by averaging the results.

Korzystnym jest, by wilgotność składników określana była spektrometrycznymi czujnikami absorpcji w bliskiej podczerwieni NIR.It is preferred that the moisture of the ingredients is determined by NIR near infrared absorption spectrometric sensors.

It is also preferable that the mass of the dosed powders is determined on a collecting conveyor constructed as a belt weigher.

The method according to the invention is explained on the basis of the simplified diagram of the concrete plant shown in the drawing.

The loose components of the mixture are dosed from the tanks to the collective conveyor P with a belt weigher structure, for example with a strain gauge. Dosing controlled by the US control system in accordance with the predetermined mixture composition, is carried out with simultaneous continuous on-line measurement of the mass and measurement of moisture by non-contact C sensors, preferably NIR absorption in the near infrared. Two such sensors C are installed in the area behind the end drum of the collecting conveyor P, so that they are directed towards the upper and lower surfaces of the layer of material falling by gravity from the end drum of the conveyor P, respectively. The radiation zones of the sensors C do not overlap. Based on the recipe and the measured amount of water adsorbed in the components, the software of the computer supporting the US control system calculates and controls the dispenser D of the amount of mixing water introduced into the mixer M during the homogenization process. The obtained concrete mix has exactly the required parameter of the water-cement ratio.
