Abstract

Przedmiotem wynalazku jest nowy sposób wytwarzania kompozytów celulozy i wodorotlenku magnezu(II) oraz celulozy i wodorotlenku glinu(III) z wykorzystaniem cykloheksyloamoniowych cieczy jonowych, majacych zastosowanie w produkcji papieru. W jednym z rozwiazan sposób otrzymywania kompozytów celulozy i wodorotlenku magnezu(II) oraz celulozy i wodorotlenku glinu(III) z wykorzystaniem cykloheksyloamoniowych cieczy jonowych polega na tym, ze do cieczy jonowej okreslonej wzorem ogólnym 1, w którym R1 oznacza prostolancuchowy podstawnik alkilowy zlozony z 1 do 20 atomów wegla, lub podstawnik benzylowy lub allilowy, zas A reszte kwasowa kwasów organicznych okreslonych wzorem ogólnym 2, w którym R2 oznacza proton, lub grupe metylowa, lub etoksymetylowa, lub metoksymetylowa, lub 2-metoksyetoksymetylowa lub 2-(2-metoksyetoksy)etoksymetylowa, dodaje sie celuloze w temperaturze od 20 do 120°C, w ilosci od 0,05 do 30% wagowych. Nastepnie po jej rozpuszczeniu dodaje sie wodorotlenek magnezu(II) lub wodorotlenek glinu(III) w ilosci od 0,01 do 50% wagowych w przeliczeniu na ilosc dodanej uprzednio celulozy, po czym tak przygotowany roztwór ochladza sie i dodaje do niego rozpuszczalnik. Wytracony kompozyt celulozy i wodorotlenku magnezu(II) lub celulozy i wodorotlenku glinu(III) odsacza sie i suszy w temperaturze od 20 do 60°C, przez okres 1 do 48 godzin.The subject of the invention is a new method of making cellulose and magnesium (II) hydroxide composites as well as cellulose and aluminum (III) hydroxide composites using cyclohexylammonium ionic liquids, which are used in the production of paper. In one solution, the method of obtaining cellulose and magnesium (II) hydroxide and cellulose and aluminum (III) hydroxide composites using cyclohexylammonium ionic liquids consists in the ionic liquid defined by general formula 1, wherein R1 is a straight-chain alkyl substituent of 1 up to 20 carbon atoms, or a benzyl or allyl substituent, and A acid residue of organic acids represented by general formula 2, in which R2 is a proton, or a methyl or ethoxymethyl or methoxymethyl group, or 2-methoxyethoxymethyl or 2- (2-methoxyethoxy) ethoxymethyl, cellulose is added at a temperature of 20 to 120 ° C in an amount of 0.05 to 30% by weight. Then, after its dissolution, magnesium (II) hydroxide or aluminum (III) hydroxide is added in an amount of 0.01 to 50% by weight based on the amount of cellulose added previously, after which the solution thus prepared is cooled and the solvent added to it. The precipitated cellulose and magnesium (II) hydroxide or cellulose and aluminum (III) hydroxide composite is filtered off and dried at 20 to 60 ° C for a period of 1 to 48 hours.
