Abstract
Przedmiotem wynalazku jest aktywna warstwa zwlaszcza do opatrunku o strukturze trójwymiarowej charakteryzujaca sie tym, ze ma strukture niewlóknista utworzona z pochodnych chityny uzyskanych w reakcji estryfikacji chityny z udzialem bezwodników alifatycznych o lancuchu o dlugosci od C2 do C8 prostym nasyconym, oraz bezwodników korzystnie, bezwodnika octowo-propanowego, bezwodnika butanowo-propanowego, bezwodników rozgalezionych nienasyconych korzystnie, bezwodnika metakrylowego, bezwodnika 2-butenowego i cyklicznych korzystnie, bezwodnika maleinowego, bezwodnika bursztynowego, bezwodnika ftalowego oraz hydroksykwasów korzystnie kwasu mlekowego, kwasu glikolowego, która moze zawierac dodatkowo fibroblasty i/lub keratynocyty. Stosowana jest ona do wytwarzania opatrunku przeznaczonego na zmienione chorobowo miejsca, tj. czyste, plaskie, plytkie owrzodzenia charakteryzujace sie wystepowaniem dajacej sie modyfikowac ziarniny, brakiem zamkniecia tetnicy udowej z lagodnym i umiarkowanym stopniem niewydolnosci oraz brakiem intensywnego wysieku.
