Wynalazek dotyczy sposobu wytwarzania 17a-oxa-D-homo-5?--androst-3,17-dionu, o wzorze 2, na drodze mikrobiologicznego utlenienia grupy hydroksylowej do ketonu w pierscieniu A oraz utleniania typu Baeyera-Villigera do 8-laktonu w pierscieniu D substratu oraz wytwarzania 3?-hydroxy-17a-oxa-D-homo-5?-androst-17-onu, o wzorze 3, na drodze mikrobiologicznego utleniania typu Baeyera-Villigera do ?-laktonu w pierscieniu D substratu, z wykorzystaniem systemu enzymatycznego szczepu Penicillium urticae AM84, w którym jako substrat stosuje sie 3?-hydroksy-5?-androst-17-on, o wzorze 1. Sposobem, wedlug wynalazku, mozna otrzymac zwiazki, które ze wzgledu na mozliwosc przeksztalcenia w inne biologicznie aktywne pochodne, moga znalezc zastosowanie w przemysle farmaceutycznym.The invention relates to a method of producing 17a-oxa-D-homo-5'-androst-3,17-dione of the formula 2 by microbiological oxidation of the hydroxyl group to a ketone in the A ring and Baeyer-Villiger-type oxidation to an 8-lactone in the D ring of the substrate and the production of 3'-hydroxy-17a-oxa-D-homo-5'-androst-17-one, of formula 3, by Baeyer-Villiger-type microbial oxidation to β-lactone in the D ring of the substrate, using enzyme system of the Penicillium urticae AM84 strain, in which 3'-hydroxy-5'-androst-17-one of the formula 1 is used as a substrate. The method, according to the invention, allows to obtain compounds which, due to the possibility of conversion into other biologically active derivatives can be used in the pharmaceutical industry.
